Corey's (nearly) 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private “Dog Park” In Downtown Davenport

This is our 0.88 acre fully-fenced-in yard! (See the last photo for aerial view with blue fence line!) We mow it weekly (though the perimeter doesn’t ALWAYS get weed-eaten, but that makes the lizards happy 🤪) It is a HUGE piece of property that we would love to see enjoyed by a flotilla of happy dogs!

Welcome! We offer an 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gated property in rural Clermont. We have an automatic watering system with two drinking bowls. We provide tennis balls. Our Living Room amenity with board games, chairs, and goat treat station is now closed due to Sniffspotter theft and abuse. Also, our hammock and dog sprinkler have been removed. We do offer 2 plastic chairs for your use in the pasture. Feel free to bring your own chair(s). Please note: This is a farm. We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available.
