I do a poop scoop at least 2-3x weekly so I can't guarantee spotless perfection but I'll do my best to clean up before scheduled visits- please do the same:) There is ample seating for human guests and a table. Patio gets sun from midday to early evening, 2 umbrellas provide shade.

A large deck provides 350 sq ft of space, and there is 450 sq feet of dirt, grass, and garden beds for pups to sniff around in. No dogs living next door on either side of house, typically low to no noise from kids/dogs/traffic! North facing shady yard with some sunny spots on the deck for suntanning pups but mostly shade, and side garden beds with dirt and leaves to play in (pups are welcome to sniff around them!)

It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! (Feel free to move our weed tarp out of the way if you want to play). Easy side-street parking on Kamankeag makes accessing the yard through the back gate a piece of cake! *OUR FENCING IS NOT SUITABLE FOR VERY SMALL DOGS OR ESCAPE ARTISTS.*

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Amenities Provided: • Fresh water and clean water bowls. • Waste station with scooper, waste bags, and a covered trash bin. • Patio seating for humans to relax while pups explore. Safety & Fence Details (Please Review): • The perimeter is fully enclosed with a mix of tall privacy fencing and a standard 4-foot picket fence. • Best suited for: Small to medium dogs (under 45 lbs) and calm, low-jumping breeds. Not recommended for known high-jumpers or fence-climbers. • Because parts of the fence are open picket, dogs can occasionally see neighboring yards or passing cars—please supervise reactive pups. House Rules: • Up to 2 dogs per booking (from the same household). • Please pick up after your dog using the provided bags and bin. • Keep dogs leashed until fully inside the secured gate. We maintain a 15-minute buffer between all bookings to ensure you and your dog never cross paths with another guest. Enjoy your visit!

Conveniently located just a few miles off of 295. Our yard is fully fenced in and your pup(s) will have full roam of it! You’re welcome to use our deck furniture and we will make sure a water bowl is out there. We also have walking trails along the neighborhood that could be used, the entrance is at the end of our culdesac, just a few steps from the end of our driveway. We do live near a gun club, so if loud noises or gunshots spook you or your pup(s), this may not be the best choice.
