For dogs, we’ve got everything they need for endless fun. Enjoy dog water, doggie pools if available, a Jolly herding ball, tree tugging ropes, and chuck-it balls/toys. There are also plenty of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For human guests. We’ve got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags, and speaker are all provided. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen. Our dog loves running along the fence line with them. - Please dispose of your dog’s waste in the trash can in the driveway. -park in driveway or road. Doesn’t matter :)

Sunny fenced-in back yard for your dog to run, sniff and explore. There are plenty of shady spots along with the sun. You and your dog are welcome to hang out on my shady screened in patio. I have a flower and vegetable garden but I'm not too stressed about your dog running through either! No digging in the garden but they are welcome to dig up the yard ☺️ Some neighbors may be visible at times and there are dogs that live two houses down that stay in their own yard. Plenty of on street parking makes it easy for the human. I have a chicken coop and chicken run area so chickens may be visible to your dog. Chain link fence with one neighbor dog sharing the back fence.

Attention: we will be closed January 5th - 12th for construction of a privacy fence along the side with our neighbor with dogs. We hope this will minimize distractions and noise from them for our guests. Thank you for continuing to be the best group of guests we could ask for! Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City

Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!

Welcome to this hidden rural getaway for you and your Furbaby! There are 10 acres of land that can be explored including woods and most popular a pond to cool off or splash around in during the hot summer months. An abundance of wildlife live in the woods so don’t be surprised by a random deer, rabbits, raccoons and such. With rural areas also comes briars, thorns, uneven ground, mole tunnels, and of course, ticks and mosquitoes the further you venture. So come prepared! There are ammenties available to reserve as well if you'd also like to enjoy the water along with your Pup as they will love exploring as should you! If they have a special affinity for water play, you would like to slowly introduce them to water or to just enjoy a splash on the banks privately they will absolutely have a blast! ** This is the country so while the land is wonderful to explore it does have vacant and undeveloped areas. You will encounter nature especially in the spring and summer. Depending on how far from the house and immediate pond area you venture, there are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please keep in mind when booking your comfort level being used to the outdoors and being adventurous!

It's also a great space for humans of all sizes to explore! You can even try your hand at a game of bocci ball while you're here in our gravel court! (Feel free to move our weed tarp out of the way if you want to play).
