Welcome to Our 5-Acre Sniff Spot Retreat! Let your pup run wild and your worries melt away at our fully fenced 5-acre dog paradise. Whether you're here to play, explore, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment in nature, we've got something for everyone—two- and four-legged alike! 🐾 What You’ll Find: A wide-open field to roam A short grass area perfect for relaxing, tossing a ball, or sharing a quiet moment Woodland trails that twist and turn through the trees are perfect for curious sniffers and nature lovers. Several seating areas through out the Sniffspot. NEW ADDITION - We have added a large covering just inside the fenced area. There is a deck box with all kinds of dog toys, beach towels for water days and a first aid kit, just in case. 🌻 The Farmstand: Stop by our welcoming farmstand at the entrance! Here we have plants, seasonal vegetables and fruits, Crazy Chicken Granny's painted rocks and more. This is where you will get your add-on kits for *Scent Course *S’mores kits (seasonal) 💧Seasonal Note: During the winter months, please be aware that some areas may have standing water. Come prepared with boots and towels for your pup just in case! Come sniff, explore, and enjoy the simple joys of the outdoors. We can't wait to welcome you!

Peaceful mini-retreat with field & woods

Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a field & orchard in the front. The back half is forested and has maintained trails throughout. Features include covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. There are seasonal streams & ponds in the woods during the wet season. Gravel, woodchips & foot bridges keep the main trails in decent shape but there's easy access to mud & water so expect a wet, dirty pup. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided. Waterproof traction boots, rainwear + towels recommended. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. Thank you for being considerate of our space by reading and abiding by SS and spot specific rules and asking all who accompany you to do the same. First time visitors get an auto-message 2hrs beforehand with helpful info.

📢 Property Update – Play Area & Pricing Hi everyone — quick update! Our original large field and forest area is currently undergoing repairs following recent use and is on track to reopen in mid-May. In the meantime, visits will take place in our private play area, which includes a fully fenced field, river access, some forest, and multiple areas to relax and lounge. Parking remains the same. We’ve had great feedback on this space, and many guests have been enjoying the setup. Temporary pricing adjustments were previously in place during this transition. As things stabilize, rates will be returning to their original pricing shortly. Any bookings made prior to the change will be honored at the current rate. We appreciate everyone’s patience while we complete improvements and look forward to reopening the full property soon. West Pole Lane

Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn. When possible, please fill any dug-up spots so as to keep people and pups from tripping or getting hurt!

Jason's 24 Acre Fully&partaily Fenced Private Dog Park In Blaine

Hi, we have a couple different spots for your furry friend to play and get some energy out! The first spot is right by the entrance to the property and is a fully fenced like 1 acre. Add this word you’re more likely to be able to hear and possibly even see another dog. But still private and comfortable and very easy to get to  The next spot is out in the back it’s about 20 acres is partially fenced with two horses roaming around The last one is past that area to the forest line and is a private trail that cuts through to the very back where it touches meets up with three other properties and opens up into about a two acre stretch of field with the culvert in the middle and a stream running through most of the time But it is also just partially fenced the trailer. There’s just blackberry bushes and trees on either side, but the trail itself maintained should be mostly clear. Of any branches and or bushes sticking out and impeding your walk where you can even ride your mountain bike if your dog prefers to run along side of you. We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. Welcome to our SUMMER PROGRAM starting April 1st. Our summer program includes fun, parkour and agility equipment to learn and bond with your dog. Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you!

Please be aware rate is in US dollars. We are a boutique high end K9 Training Centre/boarding kennel. Our expansive outdoor run and additional lawn are often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying indoor play time or out on a guided hike. This prompted us to offer limited by the hour use of our amenities to the public. What you get: -6 acre dog run (Canada’s largest private or public dog run) •1 acre lawn, with drainage (no puddles 🫠) •1/4 acre playground-certified wood chip run (no mud) •Picnic table with umbrella 🧺 •Warm water garden hose wash💦 •Customer washroom🚻 The property is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assure there is no chance of pesticides used on or around it. The blueberry patch is planted with ancient varieties not commercially available. Frozen blueberries available for pick up by the lb. Dog friendly U-pick Aug/Jul. All humans and all dogs welcome!

LAPS Sniff Spot

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD due to this app, not accepting Canadian funds. This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

Note: on the few occasions when the temperature is below freezing we have to turn the water off so please bring a water bottle for your pup on those days. You're welcome to use our basketball court while your dog enjoys their playtime (just let me know beforehand, as I can leave an inflated basketball out). We also have a tether tug, offering your dog endless tug-of-war! We've also stocked various toys for your pup, including frisbees, Nerf guns, tennis balls, and more. Please let me know if you have any questions! When you place a booking, you will receive the yard's location and instructions on how to enter it. Please NO HUMANS on the dog equipment. This will break the equipment.
