Lil Campbell River Farms Private Dog Park and Forest In South Surrey
1 Acre fully fenced grassy area Dog Park with covered seating area to enjoy your coffee. No sprays or pesticides used on grass. Long stretch for ball launching and getting out the zoomies. Another 12 acres of walking over a bridge of the Lil Campbell River into an incredibly lush forest. The forest is not all fenced. Once over the bridge, it is the dog owner discretion of whether your dog is off leash or leashed. It is a private forest so it is rare to see other dogs and people, but wildlife is always a possibility. Please keep your dog on a leash from the parking area to the dog park area and also from the dog park to bridge for a walk through the trails in the forest.

A private, gently rolling acre of natural farm land in Fort Langley, kept for one dog group at a time. No other dogs in sight or earshot, no road noise, just open space and quiet. This isn't a flat backyard lawn. It's wild grass, mowed low enough to run and sniff freely, with soft rises and dips and a wide-open, ranch-country feel. A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. The whole acre is fully fenced with a secure gate, so off-leash is genuinely off-leash. Even the bold rabbit-chasers stay contained. It's a genuinely beautiful, natural setting that feels tucked away, yet it's only minutes from the city. Fresh water and waste bags are on site, with a spot to sit while your dog roams. It is spacious, rustic, natural and real—not a manicured city dog park. The main play area is grassy and open. Blackberry bushes and prickly vegetation grow around some outer edges, so please supervise dogs that like to push into brush. The ground is natural and may be uneven, wet or slippery following rain. Fallen branches, wildlife and other normal outdoor conditions may occasionally be present. 🐦🐿️ The lowest fencing is approximately 4 feet high. This field may not be suitable for dogs that can jump, climb or escape over a 4-foot fence. 👀 PRIVACY AND DISTRACTIONS Our family dogs do not enter the Sniffspot field during confirmed reservations. They may occasionally be seen or heard from our separate family yard or house. Dogs, people, cyclists, vehicles and other animals may also sometimes be seen or heard outside the property. This is a good option for dogs that benefit from private space but can tolerate occasional sights and sounds. It is not a completely visually or audibly isolated location. 💧 SELF-SERVE AMENITIES The water, pool, toy, waste and seating areas are self-serve. Please use what you need and leave each station ready for the next guest. 💛 Before leaving: ✅ Pick up all dog waste ✅ Empty and return any pool used ✅ Empty water bowls and place used bowls in the USED BOWLS container ✅ Return toys and ball launchers to the toy drying station ✅ Place wet or muddy toys in the USED TOYS basket ✅ Replace the seating cover ✅ Close and latch every gate Please leave the field ready for the next dog. 🐾 🌧️ SEASONAL AVAILABILITY This is a seasonal outdoor field. We stay open as long as the ground is firm and conditions allow. We typically pause bookings sometime in October or November when sustained rain leaves the field saturated, muddy or at risk of damage. We normally reopen around March once the ground has drained, the grass has recovered and the field is firm enough for dogs to run safely. The exact closing and reopening dates change from year to year based on rainfall, drainage and field conditions. Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a hay field & orchard in the front. The back is forested with maintained trails throughout. Features include covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided, bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. Some days fill fast but plans can change & bookings get modified/canceled (2+hrs beforehand) - check back for an opening if interested. My name is Sunny, and I'm a full time dog handler and behaviorist/ behavior coach. I love serving and spending quality time with dogs. I offer dog walking/ hiking, home visits, daycare and boarding. I connect with most dogs fairly quickly and would love to help your dog get their daily dosage of physical and mental exercises. This will help remove some of their accumulated energy and keep them in a calm state of mind. I'm available throughout the day for outdoor activities and home visits. For high energy dogs, I offer longer pack walks, nature walks/ hikes, playing fetch or frisbee, and a few more physical and mental exercises. When I'm looking after your beloved pooch for daycare or boarding, you can be rest assured that they'll be treated like my own, and their safety is my first and foremost priority. At home, I strive to maintain a comfortable environment, round the clock fresh water and timely meals (supplied by pet parents), sufficient exercise plus nature walks plus pee and poop 💩 breaks, and baths if needed. My backyard is a private and fully fenced dog park/ agility training center/ sniff spot. As a dog behaviorist, I mostly focus on learning about your dog and then educating the human pack members to create healthy and trusting relationships. This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.

Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Our expansive outdoor run and additional lawn are often unused and available for periods during the day while our few guests are enjoying indoor play time or out on a guided hike. This prompted us to offer limited by the hour use of our amenities to the public. What you get: -6 acre dog run (Canada’s largest private or public dog run) •1 acre lawn, with drainage (no puddles 🫠) •1/4 acre playground-certified wood chip run (no mud) •Picnic table with umbrella 🧺 •Warm water garden hose wash💦 •Customer washroom🚻 The property is located on an organic blueberry farm so you can rest assure there is no chance of pesticides used on or around it. The blueberry patch is planted with ancient varieties not commercially available. Frozen blueberries available for pick up by the lb. Dog friendly U-pick Aug/Jul. All humans and all dogs welcome!

Country Secluded PEACEFULNESS
$15/hr - 1 dog $5 each additional dog $5 for additional 30 min The back forty of our farm is flanked by raspberries, blue berries, nursery stock ,trees as well as a neighboring farm. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.

We have down-time during the day that may be a great opportunity to give your dog a fun time on our property. Everything is fenced in and up to regulations for a dog business. There is a pond available for swimming, ( bring towels ) dog jumps in the back, and plenty of room for your dog to run around. Please park up top using the easy driveway, and walk ( with the dog leashed as you may pass by goats in a field ) walk down the hill past the kennel building and through the gates. Please turn the vacant / occupied gate signs as you come and go . Sniffspot signs will show you the way. Please poop scoop and take it with you. Bags are provided. Woof!

There’s an even a small creek so you might want to bring boots! Note: A neighbor's dog can sometimes be heard in the distance, but it is completely out of sight and secure. Or come at night, and take in the moon & star 🌟 gaze - breathe in the country air with your furry friends…it’s beautiful out here! If I am home, rest room will be available 😊 There is also a hose available by the garden. Lastly, I keep the Sabbath so if you book after Sundown Friday I will send you the instructional videos Saturday night. Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn. When possible, please fill any dug-up spots so as to keep people and pups from tripping or getting hurt!

Offering a fully fenced off leash yard for dogs and their humans for playing and stretching their legs before or after the ferries or just island cruising and for some ppl who don’t want to deal with too much civilization. There’s a picnic table with room to sit in the shade or out of the weather, accompanied by power source to plug in your phone etc should you have your own charging device. A clock will be hung from the corner to keep folks apprised of the weather temp the time and the date. Upcoming news for dogs and logs is we have built a 1.4 km trail hike and will be offering it soon, stay tuned the trail will be opening shortly.
