Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

Welcome to our fully fenced, spacious yard—perfect for your dog to run, play, and explore. The space offers both sunny and shaded areas, along with plenty of grass. Toys, balls, water dishes, waste bags, and treats are provided. For pet owners, there is seating, water, shade, and a fire table for evening use (please ensure it is turned off before leaving). **Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly, by putting your dogs bagged soil in the garbage (The large Black Bin, Not the smaller one please) at the side of the House where you enter through the Black Gate. As well as please Put your garbage in the Black Garbage bin on the patio or the same at the black gate. We’re also excited to be adding a dog play structure soon for even more fun. Please enter through the black gate along the side driveway and ensure it is securely closed before letting your dog off leash. There is a temporary fence on one side with a very small gap underneath; however, it is not large enough for most dogs to pass through. When leaving Please make sure Gate is locked and closed properly. If you have any questions or need anything during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We offer a farm setting open field with loads of room for both dogs and their people. Private fenced parking area off the street. Enter off 248 Street at 5245 248 Street. Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We have added a permanent shelter from both sun and shade complete with a picnic table and seating for you. There is a play structure to keep your kids busy. Welcome to our SUMMER PROGRAM starting April 1st. Our summer program includes fun, parkour and agility equipment to learn and bond with your dog. Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. It’s surrounded by trees for a nice private time. We look forward to hosting you!

Enjoy a peaceful two-acre unfenced dog park with a mix of short grass, grassy meadow, and lightly wooded area for dogs to explore. There’s plenty of room to sniff, roam, and play, whether your pup loves open space or shaded paths. Because the space is unfenced, it’s best for dogs with reliable recall or those kept on a long leash. Please clean up after your dog and help keep the meadow and woods beautiful for everyone.

Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a hay field & orchard in the front. The back is forested with maintained trails throughout. Country Secluded PEACEFULNESS

$15/hr - 1 dog $5 each additional dog $5 for additional 30 min The back forty of our farm is flanked by raspberries, blue berries, nursery stock ,trees as well as a neighboring farm. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.

A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. The whole acre is fully fenced with a secure gate, so off-leash is genuinely off-leash. Even the bold rabbit-chasers stay contained. It's a genuinely beautiful, natural setting that feels tucked away, yet it's only minutes from the city. Fresh water and waste bags are on site, with a spot to sit while your dog roams. Park right by the gate and walk straight in. Reactive, shy, and high-energy dogs all welcome. We leave a buffer between bookings, so there's never another dog around when you arrive.

The dogs will be so mentally engaged jumping over logs, dodging through ferns and playing with sticks galore. There is a path worn in around the perimeter of the zone, but feel free to romp where ever you please if you dare! There are poop bags and a bucket for these at the front gate. Please note- the road through the property to reach sniff spot is gravel!

It is spacious, rustic, natural and real—not a manicured city dog park. The main play area is grassy and open. Blackberry bushes and prickly vegetation grow around some outer edges, so please supervise dogs that like to push into brush. The ground is natural and may be uneven, wet or slippery following rain. Fallen branches, wildlife and other normal outdoor conditions may occasionally be present. 🐦🐿️ The lowest fencing is approximately 4 feet high. This field may not be suitable for dogs that can jump, climb or escape over a 4-foot fence. 👀 PRIVACY AND DISTRACTIONS Our family dogs do not enter the Sniffspot field during confirmed reservations. They may occasionally be seen or heard from our separate family yard or house. Dogs, people, cyclists, vehicles and other animals may also sometimes be seen or heard outside the property. This is a good option for dogs that benefit from private space but can tolerate occasional sights and sounds. It is not a completely visually or audibly isolated location. 💧 SELF-SERVE AMENITIES The water, pool, toy, waste and seating areas are self-serve. Please use what you need and leave each station ready for the next guest. 💛 Before leaving: ✅ Pick up all dog waste ✅ Empty and return any pool used ✅ Empty water bowls and place used bowls in the USED BOWLS container ✅ Return toys and ball launchers to the toy drying station ✅ Place wet or muddy toys in the USED TOYS basket ✅ Replace the seating cover ✅ Close and latch every gate Please leave the field ready for the next dog. 🐾 🌧️ SEASONAL AVAILABILITY This is a seasonal outdoor field. We stay open as long as the ground is firm and conditions allow. We typically pause bookings sometime in October or November when sustained rain leaves the field saturated, muddy or at risk of damage. We normally reopen around March once the ground has drained, the grass has recovered and the field is firm enough for dogs to run safely. The exact closing and reopening dates change from year to year based on rainfall, drainage and field conditions.
