55We had our first visit today and our dogs loved it! What a big, beautiful, fun spot! The toy chest has all sorts of goodies and we ordered the agility equipment extra, which gave the pups something new to sniff at and play with. The spot is lovely and quiet; there are passing trains now and then, though, if your pup has any aversion to that sort of sound. Our pups were thrilled with the basketball and carried it all over the place! Super clean spot, lots of things to sniff and jump over, and the chairs by the shed were appreciated. Booking this backyard is going to be one of the best things to do with your dog, it’s decent sized so dogs can run around, wrestle and get all their zoomies out, there are a lot of toys as well to keep them going. We’ll be coming here a lot, it’s our favourite spot. The host is absolutely awesome as well!

Kiran’s backyard is a perfect spot to bring our reactive pup. I received an email shortly before my booking with all the info I needed to get oriented. The space is fully fenced, except the side fence is a bit shorter. Our guy is big but it still felt secure. It was well kept and exactly as described. What a relief to find a peaceful space for off leash time.

55Was a little muddy (as expected and as warned) but Kylo really enjoyed the mud… He used it to cool off hahah! Used the hose that turned on at the front to wash him off which was excellent. 55Oh my gosh I'm so happy we found this wonderful spot. Jack is a saluki and loves to run and zoom. The yard was so big Jack was doing figure eights haha!!! It was amazing. I only wish it was closer to us. But worth the trip for sure! Thank you!!!! Morgan C.

It was clean, and there was lots of space to for Nes to run. There are some blackberry bushes, but not more than you would see going for walks. Lovely place to go!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks.
