Description
Limited to dogs with City of Fredericksburg registration, current rabies vaccination tags, and current on all vaccinations. 2. Limited to 20 canines at a time. 3. No puppies less than four (4) months old or female dogs in heat. 4. Dog handlers must be in view and control of their dog(s) at all times. 5. Dogs shall be leashed whenever entering or exiting the Dog Park. 6. Handlers are responsible for disposing of pet waste. 7. Dogs who bark incessantly will be removed. 8. Dogs shall be removed at the first sign of aggressive behavior. Handlers are legally responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s). 9. Dangerous or vicious dogs are not allowed in the Dog Park. 10. Handlers will correct damage done to the park by their dog(s). 11. Children under 10 are restricted to pavilion area for their safety. 12. Food is not permitted in park: animal or human. 13. The Director of Parks, Recreation and Public Facilities has authorization to ban any person who is guilty of serious or repeated violations of the City Dog Park rules and regulations. 14. Users of the Dog Park do so at their own risk. The City of Fredericksburg shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained in the Dog Park. Dog owners are legally responsible for their dog’s action, and are liable for any injuries caused by their dog(s). Dog owners must have liability insurance
