Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Any funds left over go to pledges for harder to adopt out pups on death row in overcrowded kill shelters, so rescue groups can pull them out. We have a very private fenced in yard, we would like to offer up to any other pups who might enjoy some freedom! Lots of availability for weekdays too. We have a natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate. The ground cover is the soft playground wood chips, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard. Good space for long runs, frisbee, tennis ball, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around in the sun spots for the more mature pups. The yard has sunny areas and plenty of natural shade from the trees. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating, poop bags, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills, or hose play and elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink. The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Quiet spread out and very dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, side entry gate but please make sure you click the gate shut when you leave though!

Blue Stoop Dog Park is located conveniently between Ballston and Bluemont Park. Walking access to the Bluemont bike trail via our quiet street is safe and easy. On-street parking is readily available. WiFi and power outlets are available as well. WiFi information will be sent to you before your first visit. We have fresh water access, a variety of treats, and dog toys available for use. All shared items are disinfected after each guest. Special requests are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. Blue Stoop private dog park is fully-fenced with a 6 ft privacy fence surrounding the back of the property. It includes access to a covered porch with two chairs. Additional chairs are available as well.

Plenty of space in our yard for pups to get their zoomies out! Little ones can also use the swing set, use the trampoline or shoot a few hoops (if they bring their own basketball)! There's a small bench for adults use and plenty of shade as well on hot days.

Welcome to the Hive's Sniffspot! We have just about a half acre of completely fenced in yard for you and your pups to enjoy with grass, trees, lots of great sniffs, toys, and room to run! You and your pupper can play fetch, frisbee, and tug. You can tease your pupper with our flirt pole or maybe you want to just relax on our covered porch, rocking the time away while your BFF explores the yard! We have squirrels to chase, fresh water to drink, a hose to spray your pup down with, a sprinkler and/or pupper pool to frolic in on those hot summer days, and a towel to dry them off with! We even have a huge sandbox for sanctioned digging! The queen of our hive is our 2 year old pibble mix, Sophie, who (on request) can be invited to come out and play with your pupper -- after a proper introduction, of course! Our Sophie loves her yard, and we are so excited to be able to share it with you and your pup! If we are home and you'd like a pitcher of filtered ice water and glasses, just message us and we will be happy to have it waiting for you! We want to make sure that you and your pups feel comfortable and at home!

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if youd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big green trash can in the driveway on your way out. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. Please reserve a day ahead of time if you would like the pool. I want to make sure I am home to fill it up.

It looks great, so come on by and check it out!* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.
