Hi! My name is Kelsey and we just moved to the area about a month ago. We have 4.5 acres available to let your furry friends run around to their hearts content. I do have two dogs of my own, but they will be inside for the duration of your time here. We have a water bucket on the back patio, chairs to sit and relax while your dog runs around, and a few dog toys.

The Burton Family Farm is a family-owned, 49-acre farm. It’s open, clear land, with a 3 acre pond, a beautiful spot in Holly Corner. Someone is at home, on the property, 24 hours a day. Easy to get to, we are located right off route 17 & 5 miles from 95, right behind Stafford Lakes. My family has lived in Holly Corner since the 1800s, it is safe and quiet. Come enjoy the fresh air, beautiful view, relaxing farm with your dog or dogs!

Gate entrance is to the left of the garage. You are able to park along the road or in the driveway. Please be mindful not to block any vehicles in & we will do the same. Feel free to sit and relax on the patio or by the fire pit. You are able to move the plastic chairs around as needed! We have mature trees, so there is plenty of shade. 💧 There is a hose on the larger patio if you need to fill the water bowl. 🚮 We have a small trash can located by the shed.

Waterfront property at lake anna with plenty of lounge chairs at the beach. There is parking at the first entrance inside the fence line. Do not park in the main driveway. There is also a water hose outside the house at the main entrance walkway. The beach is my private beach and the two story dock as well and over half acre of grass for dogs to run around. There is one fence alongside the far side of the property and park inside the fence line inside the property. I only have one neighbor that sits up close to the road on the opposite side of the beach and dock and is a great area for dogs to run around and play or jump off dock or swim at the beach. You must bring your own pick up bags and take with you and please bring a dog bowl for water as well. They may not roam off the property. I do not allow pit bulls on the property due to insurance.

Park by the cones coming down the drive way they will be in your right. 1.5-2 acres unfenced. You can see other dogs and farm animals through woods and property backs to a fence of another property. Please stay within the marks in the field.

Private time with your pup on 55 acres in a convenient location! This unique forest / farm has creeks and old growth forest and fields full of wildflowers and wildlife.

Nice fenced in backyard for furry friends to run around. Plenty of sticks and dog toys on hand at all times. Hose, sprinkler available if desired. Basic amenities provided as needed, our 3 lab mix dogs are social and friendly if you are looking for socialization and we are available. Otherwise, they will remain inside during visits.

Fully enclosed fenced backyard. Lots of space to run and chase balls. Wide open. Lots of shade in the morning, full sun for a couple hours during the day, and scattered shade from neighboring trees in the late afternoon.  Pesticide-free and natural lawn care, maintained and mowed on a regular schedule. Soft plush grass that feels good on paws and feet. Bring a blanket to lie down on and have a picnic! I'll be getting two rocking chairs in a couple of weeks!

Any funds left over go to pledges for harder to adopt out pups on death row in overcrowded kill shelters, so rescue groups can pull them out to safety. We have a very private fenced in yard, we would like to offer up to any other pups who might enjoy some freedom! Lots of availability for weekdays too. We have a natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 6ft wooden fence all the way around the property, and a side entry gate. The ground cover is the soft playground wood chips, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard. Good space for long runs, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, soccer ball action for the energetic pups, and plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around in the sun spots for the more mature pups! The yard has sunny areas and plenty of natural shade from the trees. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs and lawn chair seating, poop bags, wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills, or hose play, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans. The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. Quiet spread out and very dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, side entry gate but please make sure you click the gate shut when you leave though! Memberships are available for this spot, benefits include member only hours during the cooler hours in the mornings and evenings in the hotter weather and shorter advanced booking times.

A safe, country 300+ acre farm that neighbors call LabLand:). ADDRESS We have a creek, & vacant, WELL fenced field for non aggressive dogs. We have hundreds of sheep so we gotta move sheep off adjacent pasture before you come so call evening ahead so we can prepare for your visit. We work 1 day out from a reservation. 6' high Privacy fenced-in back yard with luscious grass and plenty of trees to mark. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Relatively flat ground and evergreen trees lining the fence for complete privacy. We have recently upgraded to a bigger patio with many seating areas for the pet owners as well.

Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big green trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

Plenty of space in our yard for pups to get their zoomies out! Little ones can also use the swing set, use the trampoline or shoot a few hoops (if they bring their own basketball)! There's a small bench for adults use and plenty of shade as well on hot days.

Beautiful two acre lot in the heart of Great Falls, VA. A welcoming place for you and your pups to run wild and feel the wind in their face! The property is fenced in, with the ability to close the gate when dogs are within the park. Parking available in the grass @ the front of lot. The “park” is still being developed so stay tuned for more “dog friendly fun” activities. As the weather warms up, we will provide water fun for the doggies, too!

I have a fully fenced in yard next to Penderbrook Golf Course. This is the perfect yard to play frisbee or catch. Dogs love sunning themselves on the lower deck for a rest. Please reserve a day ahead of time if you would like the pool. I want to make sure I am home to fill it up.

Welcome to the Hive's Sniffspot! We have just about a half acre of completely fenced in yard for you and your pups to enjoy with grass, trees, lots of great sniffs, toys, and room to run! You and your pupper can play fetch, frisbee, and tug. You can tease your pupper with our flirt pole or maybe you want to just relax on our covered porch, rocking the time away while your BFF explores the yard! We have squirrels to chase, fresh water to drink, a hose to spray your pup down with, a sprinkler and/or pupper pool to frolic in on those hot summer days, and a towel to dry them off with! We even have a huge sandbox for sanctioned digging! The queen of our hive is our 2 year old pibble mix, Sophie, who (on request) can be invited to come out and play with your pupper -- after a proper introduction, of course! Our Sophie loves her yard, and we are so excited to be able to share it with you and your pup! If we are home and you'd like a pitcher of filtered ice water and glasses, just message us and we will be happy to have it waiting for you! We want to make sure that you and your pups feel comfortable and at home!

Blue Stoop Dog Park is located conveniently between Ballston and Bluemont Park. Walking access to the Bluemont bike trail via our quiet street is safe and easy. On-street parking is readily available. WiFi and power outlets are available as well. WiFi information will be sent to you before your first visit. We have fresh water access, a variety of treats, and dog toys available for use. All shared items are disinfected after each guest. Special requests are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. Blue Stoop private dog park is fully-fenced with a 6 ft privacy fence surrounding the back of the property. It includes access to a covered porch with two chairs. Additional chairs are available as well.

Fur-Get Me Not is a leading daycare, boarding, and training facility in the area. We welcome the dog community to exercise and provide mental stimulation utilizing our facility when the dog training school is not actively in use. We work with many rescues and also reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the need to provide a safe play space for these dogs and happy to offer our facility as a stress-free option.

Welcome to Greek Lake Acres! We are located in Stephens City and we have 23 acres in total. About 5 acres are open grassy fields with an acre sized pond for swimming in the middle, surrounded by wooded complete with a few trails. Feel free to message me after booking for directions- GPS can sometimes try to take you through Lake Fredrick and you can NOT get to us from there. The lake is "swim at your own risk" as we do not have a life guard on duty. The water edge slopes so you can come out with ease. There is NO FISHING permitted in the pond. Again, there is no lifeguard on duty, dogs swim at the responsibility/risk of their owner Picnic tables are available near the waters edge and also in the trees next to the pond for shade. On the picnic table we have some floating toys for retrieving and also some sanitary bags if you need any. We are pesticide and fertilizer free, so please make sure you have tick/flea preventative because ticks love the woods! We are not fenced in, so recall is very important. The neighbors do have dogs, some wander so friendliness is important. We have chickens to live in their coop, who will remain safe in their coop during your visit. The property does have an abundance of wild life, including but not limited to deer, turkey, geese, ducks, squirrels and fox, but they do not stay around humans or dogs. There is a hose to wash off and drink from. (On the house next to the camper) Parking is on the lake side driveway near the green sign (see photos) Please note we are often outside enjoying our property as well. If you look at the photos, we typically stay in the “red X” area. If we have guests, our dogs are secured in the house. We can’t wait to see you!
