We are located in the far SW corner of PW, where we literally can see for miles. Our yard is mostly turf with a little bit of pea gravel & two gravel entry pathways. We have a sand beach for digging & dog friendly pet grass for munching as long as the weather holds out. We also have an on site poop disposal that empties directly into our septic system so no messy bags to deal with here!!! Plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac or along the side of our driveway near our Austrian Pines that provide some nice shade. Our gate is a double latching self closing 6’ gate. That gains you entry right from our driveway into our spacious backyard. We occasionally have deer & quail but that is the extend of our wildlife. We have an 8 year old female Greyhound & right now are fostering a 2 year female Greyhound too. They would remain in the house at all times but you could hear them whine upstairs while you are there because they would want to come out and play too.

We do have two dogs of our own — they’ll be inside the house any time the backyard or dog run is booked, so your dog has the space entirely to themselves. One honest heads up: we keep chickens. They have their own separate area, but they are visible from the run. If your dog has a strong prey drive, just keep that in mind before you book. Check-in is easy. We’re sometimes on property and sometimes not — either way, access is simple and straightforward. House rules: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Owners must remain with their dog at all times. Please be respectful of the property and clean up after your pup before you head out. Liability: Owners enter and use this space at their own risk. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.

Secure 6ft fence, locks securely once you are on the inside of the gate. Mostly wood chips and dirt in the yard and minimal gravel that is bordering the house. Area rug with umbrella-covered patio table and chairs. Electrical outlet available for laptops/phones, WiFi provided. Easy access, private space, quiet neighbors. Great for any dog at any hour of the day. Note: a bit harder for extremely high energy large dogs to run enough laps in the yard to become tired as the yard is not huge, but plenty of sniffs to go around and still a little room to throw a ball! Dogs ok on outdoor loveseat.
