We are located in the far SW corner of PW, where we literally can see for miles. Our yard is mostly turf with a little bit of pea gravel & two gravel entry pathways. We have a sand beach for digging & dog friendly pet grass for munching as long as the weather holds out. We also have an on site poop disposal that empties directly into our septic system so no messy bags to deal with here!!! Plenty of parking in our cul-de-sac or along the side of our driveway near our Austrian Pines that provide some nice shade. Our gate is a double latching self closing 6’ gate. That gains you entry right from our driveway into our spacious backyard. We occasionally have deer & quail but that is the extend of our wildlife. We have an 8 year old female Greyhound & occasionally foster a greyhound for Colorado Greyhound Adoption so we could have an additional dog or not at any moment in time. They would remain in the house at all times but you could hear them whine upstairs while you are there because they would want to come out and play too. We generally take ours for a walk while you are there enjoying our yard so that you should not be bothered by us.

There’s open flat space to run, fresh water on site, and a spot for you to sit and actually relax while your pup does their thing. Wide open Colorado sky, clean air, and none of the public park chaos. We do have two dogs of our own — they’ll be inside the house any time the backyard or dog run is booked, so your dog has the space entirely to themselves. One honest heads up: we keep chickens. They have their own separate area, but they are visible from the run. If your dog has a strong prey drive, just keep that in mind before you book. Check-in is easy. We’re sometimes on property and sometimes not — either way, access is simple and straightforward. House rules: All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. Owners must remain with their dog at all times. Please be respectful of the property and clean up after your pup before you head out. Liability: Owners enter and use this space at their own risk. You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.

All Breed Rescue & Training is a non-profit organization that helps dogs that were deemed unadoptable for whatever reason and were facing euthanasia. We are also a Training Facility where people can learn to train their pups! We teach anything from Basic Obedience and Puppy socialization classes to more Advanced classes and even some fun classes like Nose Work. We also offer behavior training to help those who have dogs that struggle with behavioral issues. The Canine Lifestyle Center (CLC) A tenth of an acre is perfect for agility or for an indoor place to run and play, away from distractions, and with a private bathroom you won't need to leave the space well here! Training Room West This space is smaller and less private but a great space for those with people loving dogs or those wanting to work on their pup's training privately who may lose focus on you when others are around! Behavior Room This space is a similar size to our Training Room West but is a private space with its own entrance and easy access to the front office if you need to use the bathroom or have a question! This space is climate-controlled and a nice space to play or practice with a small agility course or even introduce your pup to new games such as Nose Work! No One will enter the room you book unless you specifically ask for someone to come in. You will have the space completely to yourself until your booked time is over. Please let us know what space you would like to use when booking by adding your room choice to the "add a note to your host" and stating Canine Lifestyle Center, Training Room West, or Behavior Room. You may also request any amenities we offer to be in that space before you arrive.
