Welcome to our fully-fenced and well-maintained ~2,500 sq ft private yard—an ideal spot for dogs to run, play, and relax! The space is mostly lush grass and secured with a 6-foot privacy fence, offering plenty of room for off-leash fun. There’s also a child’s play structure that curious pups (or kids) may enjoy exploring, plus open space for fetch, zoomies, or sniffing to their heart’s content. For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or an energetic outing, the yard provides a clean, welcoming environment for both dogs and their people. We’ve stocked the space with a few thoughtful extras to make your visit even easier: • Hand sanitizer and wet wipes • Poop bags and trash can • Mini fridge with flavored seltzer water (when temps are consistently above freezing!) • Dog water bowl • A variety of dog toys • Hose • Kiddie pool for pups to cool off in (in warm months) • Dog kibble for treats If there’s anything else you need, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Convenient location, well lit yard at night, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. clean water; dog toys and treats; fire pit; sitting area. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Resident dog: she's the sweetest rescue from NM; mama dog with a tough past, but not a mean bone in her body, she just wants love. Occasional warning barks, but otherwise sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock dog door. Outlets for music, wifi, large picnic table. **Neighbors are quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch tv in their yard, but not all the time. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Are you a good boy or girl? Me too! My mom tells me all the time. Want to come hang out in my yard? I’ve got a big backyard with plenty of shady spots for relaxing and sunny patches perfect for sunbathing. There’s even a kiddie pool to cool off in! It’s a little small (mom says she’s “easing me into it”), but if you’re into water, go for it. If you like chasing squirrels, you’re in luck. They are everywhere! Seriously. It’s kind of my specialty. And as for grasshoppers… let’s just say I’ve handled that situation. Those things are annoying, so I take care of them myself. Mom also offers extra playtime with me (you should definitely choose this—I already know I love you, it’s just how I am). I’m full of energy when we first meet, but once I know you’re sticking around, I’ll settle down and give you space… if that’s your vibe. Otherwise, we can play. And play. And play some more. If you prefer to hang in my yard by yourself, that's cool too. Enjoy all the smells. Mom has some garden boxes in the back and she composts in the center of them. The smells coming from there are my favorite, 10/10, but she put a fence around everything so you will have to sniff from afar. 🐶
