Our park is fully fenced with both big and small dogs in mind. We provide a water hose and bucket for dog’s drinking. We have added a picnic table and bench seating for you and play structure to keep you kids busy. For the dogs we have all sorts of fun activities, parkour and agility equipment. We will be adding more as we go. Pause table, training table, weave poles, A frame, tunnel, barrel jump, balance stools, jumps, ground tires, slide, teeter totter, cooling pool, hose, pooper scooper. We compost waste so no bags needed. Just scoop and put into the provided bucket. Please do not leave your plastic poop bags here. We have no way to dispense of it. Plenty of room for ball. We will be adding more equipment as we go. Are you looking for help with training? We provide that too. Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn, i.e. diggers welcome!!
Great place to walk through the trees that have all been cut up so you can see through them. Two large areas for Frisbee etc Enough shade is available so not out in direct sun if too hot, but plenty of open spaces available. Toys provided. Places to sit. Shaded areas.
WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!
We are located in the Roosevelt neighborhood of Bellingham. Our "back 40" is a mostly maintained lawn with several trees for shade and a covered back porch for resting. Two sides of the "back forty" are bordered with a 6 foot cedar privacy fence. The far back of the yard borders a city watershed with a 6 foot chain link fence. Deer can often be spotted on the watershed but will leave the area once you and your fur baby arrive. Please consider posting a picture of you and your dog playing on our back forty. :)

Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have! We have a small white bench in the yard, but please let me know if additional seating is needed. 🌲🌳🐕 We also have unfenced areas that are included in the booking. They feel quite secure as they are surrounded by bush which acts as a bit of a natural fence (less so now that it is fall). I do encourage all guests to explore the unfenced areas as well as they add so much more space and variety, even if it is just once and on a leash/long line. Reopening my Sniffspot. Still working to catch up on mowing and trimming. 3 plus acres of open field mostly flat and then slopping down a gradual grade. Trees surround the pasture giving a secluded area away from roads or sight of other properties. This is country living with all the country smells to sniff. Lots of room to run and play. Room for multiple dogs and families to enjoy their pets, yet private with no other dogs here when you are enjoying time with your pet. Have a great time. New: afternoon sunshade wall, will add extra chairs, and a large 100 gallon water tub for your dogs to cool or play. Long and short grass for your dog to romp. Plenty of critters for your dogs to chase. Mole, voles, gophers. You might see an occasional deer. Enjoy the open, quiet atmosphere. Reminder:: there is a blue mailbox next to the gate by the fenced area. There are some supplies in there, like poop bags, hand sanitizer and other. The wind blows so bad it unrolls the little bags when I have them out. I will get another lid for the waste container.
Welcome to the Cedar Star Ranch. The dog park is located on our 10 acre property. The property is host to 2 Airbnb homes, event venue, and a campground. The dog park is located at the back of the property away from the other guests. The area has a covered area with a table, chairs, water and dog bowls. The area is wooded with lots of bushes. The perimeter is cleared as well as a trail through the middle of the area. This is a new spot and we are continually working to make it better while still allowing guests to come enjoy the space. It can be a bit muddy after it rains. The real muddy spots have wood chips to keep from being to bad.
Fully fenced large backyard with puppy pool to cool their feet or take a drink. I currently have one lawn chair so you can relax while your pup plays. We have a few balls, a frisbee, and some sticks to play with. If you so choose, you can pick some apples from one of three trees. IMPORTANT: All prices listed are in USD, and guests will be charged in USD
We live about 5 miles from I5 with an upper property behind our home full of old forest roads, some trails, trees, and plenty of room to roam around off-leash or on.
We generally offer these fields as part of our main spot, but have opened them up as a standalone when we need access to our fenced yard or driveway. These fields are unfenced, but private as they back onto woods/bush and not a road/neighbour. We live on a hillside and have stepping stones to connect the side and lower field. I would recommended wearing footwear appropriate for a small hike. Street parking only. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD
Lots of room to explore and play
Our spot is located in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Our property is a tad over a 3rd of an acre. We offer a discounted rate to folks who sign up for our membership because there are less fees. Parking is located directly in front of our sea foam green (lol!) house in the grass. Please don’t park in front of our neighbors grey house. Back yard space has a concrete patio with chairs, fir trees for shade. Yard is fully fenced, a very small dog could possibly squeeze through at a couple spots by the gates, so check the properties perimeter. Garden is fenced off to keep pups from harvesting our veggies early. Please don’t use the trampoline or enter the garden. Deer can be seen in the retention pond beyond the fence occasionally. Fence is between 5ft and 6ft tall. Deer don’t like our backyard due to our own pups so they aren’t a concern. Our yard is 420 friendly and brews are ok too! There is a recycling container on your way out the gate for cans or bottles. Garbage for poop is right next to the entrance gate. Relax after a long day in our backyard with your doggo, just like you would in your own! We just ask that you are respectful and clean up after yourself.
***IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** We live on 1 acre which includes our home. We have separated our yard into a small fenced area which surrounds our front door and borders a portion of our driveway. The remainder of the yard is where you’ll be spending your time. We love our yard. It feels like an oasis in the middle of a nice neighbourhood not far from the City Center. The yard is mainly made up of a large grassy field. It’s bordered by large wisteria covered trees and bamboo which provides shade during the heat of summer. We have a small section with fruit bushes such as raspberries and blueberries. Feel free to have a snack while you’re enjoying your visit! *Formerly known as Gwen & Fraser's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Mission.
22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.
Timber Paws is a dog day camp service operating in and around the Bellingham, WA area. During non-operating hours our private and fully fenced-in dog park area is available for rent via Sniffspot. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.
