Welcome to our fully fenced, spacious yard—perfect for your dog to run, play, and explore. The space offers both sunny and shaded areas, along with plenty of grass. Toys, balls, water dishes, waste bags, and treats are provided. For pet owners, there is seating, water, shade, and a fire table for evening use (please ensure it is turned off before leaving). **Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste properly, by putting your dogs bagged soil in the garbage (The large Black Bin, Not the smaller one please) at the side of the House where you enter through the Black Gate. As well as please Put your garbage in the Black Garbage bin on the patio or the same at the black gate. We’re also excited to be adding a dog play structure soon for even more fun. Please enter through the black gate along the side driveway and ensure it is securely closed before letting your dog off leash. There is a temporary fence on one side with a very small gap underneath; however, it is not large enough for most dogs to pass through. When leaving Please make sure Gate is locked and closed properly. If you have any questions or need anything during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Country Secluded PEACEFULNESS

$15/hr - 1 dog $5 each additional dog $5 for additional 30 min The back forty of our farm is flanked by raspberries, blue berries, nursery stock ,trees as well as a neighboring farm. It is peaceful and quiet, there is no road noise .It is spectacular and a safe peaceful place to walk and play with your dog companions. Pull in at the west driveway of the Farm following the tree planted driveway to the field. Park in the grass area before you cross the ditch , before you cross into the berry field.The ditches have clean water in them - your dogs are welcome to play in the water. I know my dogs LOVE IT!!! Our space has been a favorite for people with reactive dogs as you literally have wide open space all to yourself and your dog companion. April 2023 Field is currently all in grass- We will take first cutting grass off sometime the first couple weeks of May. I will keep you posted here.

Coming here will feel like you are in the country with the beauty of the mountains, a field to run in and a trail to hike in. *Please note that the acreage is a total of 86 acres including the crop areas. There is very little time that the crop area is restricted. When the pumpkins are grown, it is fun to walk up the rows and we welcome the pups to be in there, take photos etc. If you visit during planting, we ask the dogs stay out of that area as that can damage the crop. There is lots of space to run and walk/hike. The perimeter trail is approximately 3.5km. There is short grass, tall grass the dogs can go in and out all over the field in the front and middle of the property. As well as up the hill trail.

West Pole Lane

Off West Pole Road, there’s a little lane next to a DeWildes nursery field. Our front field has a hidden gate (see pictures!) that will let you into our fully fenced front field. The grass is field grass and a little more rough and uneven than a yard lawn. When possible, please fill any dug-up spots so as to keep people and pups from tripping or getting hurt!

A private, gently rolling acre of natural farm land in Fort Langley, kept for one dog group at a time. No other dogs in sight or earshot, no road noise, just open space and quiet. This isn't a flat backyard lawn. It's wild grass, mowed low enough to run and sniff freely, with soft rises and dips and a wide-open, ranch-country feel. A natural freshet runs along one edge, songbirds are always around, and the occasional rabbit gives the bold ones something to chase. The whole acre is fully fenced with a secure gate, so off-leash is genuinely off-leash. Even the bold rabbit-chasers stay contained. We generally offer these fields as part of our main spot, but have opened them up as a standalone when we need access to our fenced yard or driveway. These fields are unfenced, but private as they back onto woods/bush and not a road/neighbour. We live on a hillside and have stepping stones to connect the side and lower field. Lots of room for your dog to run and explore. It is fully fenced and a fence splitting the front and backyard. The backyard has big open spaces as well as lots of trees and bushes near the fence to explore. A tree did fall on part of the fence in back left corner but has lots of over growth it would be hard to get out (my dog has not been able to). There is also an inground pool that is not fully fenced in but can sit and watch your dog swim or join them :) If you would like to use the pool, please give me a day or 2 notice as i will make sure the cover is off and skimmed, etc. The front yard is quite large as well with a gate at the driveway to close to have it fully fenced. I do have chickens but they are fully fenced in. There are tenants upstairs who have a dog but will be aware when you are using the property.

Bring treats for training! There is also a box of toys and a lost n found available. Water is provided. Please use the pooper scooper to pick up after your dogs. There is plenty of room to play ball or practice obedience or run. This is a farm setting but we are in a residential area so please cognizant of noise either by humans or dogs. Fully/securely fenced 20 acre spot with a hay field & orchard in the front. The field is cut & baled once/year and has mowed perimeter & cross paths for walking. The back is forested with maintained trails throughout. Features include a stock tank pool + a wading pool, covered picnic tables in the field & woods, portapotty, drinking water station, balls/toys etc - see amenities for more details. Outdoor hose and rinse station provided, bring your own towels. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance. WEATHER ALERT: If you are checking the weather online check the Ferndale (98248) weather. The Bellingham weather stops at the Smith Road. My prevailing wind is from the South BUT I do get the cold NE wind from Canada. NOTE: This is an acreage area which formerly held dog events; barn hunt, earth dog, carting, rally, obedience, tracking and nose work. The off leash area was set up for the dogs to have a place to run and play safely away from the other dogs when not working. This is all sandy loam so no standing water even when it rains. There is a water faucet down by the smaller barn (west side). You are welcome to fill your dog's bowls. Just be sure you turn the water off after. I have put some folding chairs just inside the big door of the barn. You are welcome to use them. I have also put a shovel out there so you can fill in any holes your dog digs. It is important you put balls back in the crate, they do not do well under the mower (the mower doesn't like it either. Please fill in any large holes your dog digs, so my mower doesn't bog down in one. if you want a bit more room to run your dogs, you may close the 2 big gates and let your dog run in the "parking area". It is all fully fenced. Be aware, the big gate into the back pasture does have a gap under it. THE BACK PASTURE IS OFF LIMITS THERE IS LIVESTOCK BACK THERE! PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG EVEN IN THE BIG AREA. THANK YOU!!!

This space has some a covered sitting area with bench, poop bags and a disposal bucket. Great spot for throwing the ball with the chuck-it, digging box (please don't let them take ALL the sand out) and a climbing apparatus for the dogs away from the fence line. Only vaccinated dogs use this space. Park and go straight to the front fenced yard for your time period. We ask that you do not walk your dog around the property or bring them into the shelter - only to and from the yard. There is a no "nose-to-nose" rule at the facility and no dog is too be off leash on the grounds unless contained in the fenced yard. Public washroom available while your dog is contained in your vehicle, inside the shelter between 9am and 5:30pm.
