“Scooby Playground” Fully Fenced .5 Acre.

Welcome to Scooby Doo playground an Airbnb. It’s a half acre fully fenced to bring you and your dog. It’s in the heart of Franklin Canyon Martinez California. It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up. We are new to this so come and give us a try. All feedback is welcome. 

Dog Heaven 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Property

2 people max per reservation. Additional guests can be added by purchasing the “Extra Guest Add-On” for each person. For directions, please take screenshots of the “photos for access” in case you lose reception in the area and in case people take off our Sniffspot logo signs. Plan to arrive 15 min before your scheduled visit to make sure you have time to find the spot, park, walk etc. We are home with our dogs so please don’t get too close to the big house to avoid our dogs from wanting to come out and play. Small house and basketball court ok to be around. Magical place for dogs and owners. The property is beautiful and interesting to explore and relax with benches throughout. Bring your own pic-nic and enjoy it in the secret garden. Or shoot some hoops in the basketball court. It’s an experience for both dog and owner. Come enjoy 3+ acres of fully fenced area! A true hidden gem with entrance from the awesome San Vincent public hike trail with access to free parking. UNEVEN TERRAIN: Entrance can be steep and there are hills in the property and uneven terrain. Terrain takes a couple of days after rain to fully dry out so wear good shoes and always watch your step. We have three dogs who will be kept indoors and out of sight during your visit. Getting into the property is an adventure of its own, just follow the signs. 2-5 min walk from parking lot. Once you are here you can explore freely and take it all in :) IMPORTANT: Public parking at entrance of trail and entrance to property is via hike trail. Every now and then you might encounter a person walking a dog there or riding a horse. Please come prepared! We do not provide bags or trash cans (so please try to take your dog’s poop with you, if you can find it) We provide water but you must get it yourself. You can find a bowl at the outdoor sink next to the green house on the west door. The water from the sink is clean well water. Please leave bowl on the same spot. Restrooms are not available. If plum trees have fruit feel free to pick some and enjoy! Fun gopher holes they can put their nose in, but please stop your dog from digging! 😅 Note for reactive dogs: We completely understand how important safety is for reactive dogs, and many guests choose our space for that reason. That said, please note that the trail to get to our property is public and not something we can control. You may run into another dog or horse on the public trail. Additionally, at the corner of the western side, there is heavy fencing and dense bushes that act as an additional barrier, but a neighboring dog might be present and bark. Our space itself is secure, fully fenced, and a safe environment. All just for you. No other animals inside the property unless you request a playdate with one of our dogs. Please don’t forget to download the photos and pay attention to the directions to know the proper address to put on your GPS. And remember you might lose reception here so copy those as well. Welcome to the McCann "Ranch." Fully fenced former horse arena. This is the ideal private area for a dog to explore and let out some energy. The secure arena has a fence that has been reinforced with welded wire added to original arena fencing. Nothing can get through this fence. Large secure area for dogs to run and play. Hose water, chairs and shade available. Towels and rags are available for wet weather. Poop bags are also available, please clean up after your pet. No farm animals currently on the property but expecting goats soon. Goats will be separated by a secure fence. Neighboring property has horses but several fences exist between the nieghbors horses and arena area. It may be possible to smell the horses but unlikely to visibly see the neighboring horses. We have a dog who will be away at the house at all times you are here. The house is not near the sniffpost designated area. If you'd like our dog to play with yours please message us, otherwise we'll leave you be and you will have total privacy.

Canine Corral at Hap Magee Ranch Park

The Canine Corral at Hap Magee Ranch Park in Danville, California is a fully-fenced off-leash dog area for dogs and their handlers. Fully Fenced, Peaceful, Beautiful Dog Park

A beautiful fenced-in 3+ acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas with short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise it is a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park on the gravel area. I have dog bowls, a few toys, 3 pooper scoopers, emergency poop bags, and a couple of washing stations. Cell reception is reasonably good here.

2/3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Agility field

Our Sniffspot is located on a quiet dead end in the back of Montara, CA. It is fully fenced. It contains 2 fields, a lower and upper, both suitable for use. I will have agility courses set up a portion of the time. Please do not move equipment if there is a numbered course set up. You are free to use tunnels and jumps, but please be careful on the contact obstacles if they are set up. Please watch your dogs and do not allow them to mark the obstacles, tunnels, jumps or weave poles. If they do, can you kindly rinse with the watering can. Do not place any human items or treats on the dog walk. Do not rest or lean on the dog walk. It is an expensive piece of equipment, not a table. Note: there are chickens and horses next door at times, please do not allow your dogs to bark or charge the fence at them. Also, do not let your dogs repeatedly run up to the horses if they are near the fence, and potentially scare them. They are not as visible from the lower field. I have an older dog that sometimes barks from inside the house but she is not visible. Thanks for exploring our Sniffspot!

June 22: The parking area to the fully-fenced area have been mowed short. We have tried to eliminate as many foxtails as possible. I am waiting on a tractor service for the hillside - the grass is taller w/ foxtails so recommend avoiding until it is mowed. SUMMER: Recommend AM visits before 10am or evening after 5pm. Our spot is full sun with very limited shade. We are trying to eliminate the foxtails but we have a large property and cannot guarantee we get all of them. **Horses visible in adjacent property occasionally Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. NOTE: There may be foxtails and ticks in this area.

The Gulch Lake

The ultimate dog escape! A certified organic ranch and dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table (not in the best shape, but can fit about 4 people) for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! We recently added a 1.2 mile trail around our property. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Accessing our lake requires a bit of a walk through uneven terrain with cow holes, which may be challenging for some. If you have difficulty walking on rough ground, this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. While there is a path, it is not perfectly smooth, and less active visitors may find it hard to navigate. Cows do roam freely in the same field. They are harmless, but please be sure to close all gates securely when entering or leaving the area. We recommend ignoring the cows—they’ll leave you alone if you do the same. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test! Test performed on 6/1/25

The Newhall Park Paw Patch in Concord, California is a fully-fenced dog park with specific rules and regulations in place. Open from dawn to dusk, the park closes during bad weather and on Wednesdays for maintenance. Dogs must wear current license tags, be supervised by their owners, and be under control at all times. Owners must carry a leash, clean up after their dogs, and prevent digging. Small dogs have a designated area, while the large dog area has restrictions on number of dogs per handler.
