****IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD*** ****IMPORTANT: Recently a neighbour’s dog has been occasionally escaping its property and has been running up and down the driveway and along our fence line of the Dog Farm. As far as I’m aware it has only happened a handful of times and I am currently trying to resolve this problem but please take note this is a possibility. If it happens to you please take a photo as evidence and contact me on 0210310931. Thanks for your understating *** Available for use is approximately one acre of grass (short and long) with a small section of young native trees. The property is well fenced with 1.5m deer fencing all round. After heavy rains there is sometimes a large pond at the lowest point which is great fun for the dogs. There is a hose and water bowl for you to use. When parking, please don’t block the shared driveway, and be careful not to park too close to the gate so you don’t get stuck. There are some older aerial photos, the blue indicates the property boundaries and the red is where to park. Rules - Please pick up any dog poop - Please keep your dogs on lead until inside the fenced area - Do not park blocking the shared driveway - Please be respectful to neighbours and their stock - Please turn off the hose at the tap when finished
Welcome welcome! We are so glad to offer you a safe and expansive refuge to come play at! The entry to the Sniff Spot is via the gate to the LEFT OF THE GARAGE! Please pick up after your pooches and dispose of the bags in the garbage can! Also return all balls / toys to the bin by the gate. The other half of the fenced yard (totally separate / closed from one another) is for the full-time furbabes of our home so thank you for staying out of that part of the yard. We have a wonderful brood of feathered friends on property too. They are literally the cutest. Their secure coop does border the sniff spot so please note that they could be out and about within their fenced area during your visit; it’s your responsibility to ensure your pup(s)* doesn’t dig at the fence line or cause unnecessary stress to our beloved chickens. This includes any guests you bring along. We love hearing about your visit so thank you for offering a review and please feel free to tag us at @wildreignrefuge on Instagram!
Consider a membership to reserve your favorite times to play! Welcome to Historic Corner Private Dog Park, LLC, a charming oasis nestled in the heart of Evansville, Indiana. This delightful private Dog Park covers .14 acres of lush green space, providing a perfect –and private--getaway for you and your dog. As you enter the park, you’ll be greeted by a picturesque setting adorned with mature trees that offer ample shade, creating a refreshing ambiance on sunny summer days. The park’s well-maintained grounds provide plenty of room for you and your dog companion to romp and play. Historic Corner Private Dog Park,LLC is conveniently located in the bustling city center, making it easily accessible for residents and visitors alike. Whether you’re a neighbor looking for a quiet place to play with your dog or a traveler exploring the area, this private dog park offers a tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant urban environment. This spot is woman owned and operated. I have worked for many years to make my neighborhood and my community a better place to live. When I learned recently of SniffSpot, I fully embraced that dogs need a private place to play. So, for the first time ever, what was a private sanctuary is available to rent for a modest fee.
20 acres enclosed with 4' high woven wire fence, a mix of open field and heavy woods, sometimes turkey, grouse, gophers, and bunnies, lots of "sniff therapy"! Private entrance is shaded with easy access right onto the wooded trails! The portapotty and dog rinse station are located in the parking area. We have bug sprays and poop bags at the entrance and the far end of the field for you to use if needed. Special visitation hours or larger groups may be available under prior arrangement. Shoot us a message, and we can usually make larger groups or people traveling to/from dog competitions happen! For those traveling, we might also be able to accommodate visits outside of our normal hours. ***now that we have freezing temps at night, we are not leaving water out in the field.***
Bring your 4 legged friends out to explore. Small farm located at the end of a private dirt road. Quiet peaceful setting with plenty of shade trees and a swing. Horses, pig and dogs on premises (dogs kept inside, horses in barn while guests are visiting). Small pond with dock available to let your dog swim and practice diving. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. 🙂 Doggy wash station and water hose provided.
Hello, We would like to welcome our dog friends to our private fully fenced wooded dog park we named The North Star Ranch. The North Star is positioned right over our entrance, and you might see it if you stay at the ranch late. Our ranch currently has no land improvements, which means that you’ll have to bring your own water, snacks, poo bags, and flashlights if you book early or late in the day. Also we have no trash collection, so please take your waste home with you. This is what we do as well. Consider a visit to our ranch a visit to nature that has been fenced in for your dogs’ convenience. And as in all Florida woods, there are some safety concerns you need to be aware of before your reservation. There are more or less visible stumps and vines all over the ranch. There are also some prickly cacti, buckthorn bushes and brambles. Tree logs and trunks have been arranged in some areas as edging for trails. The ranch is a work in progress and we are very slowly cutting prickly plants back to where they aren’t in dogs’ faces, but it’s taking us a while. So be prepared for an encounter with a gentle Florida wilderness. Long pants and closed toed shoes are very much needed! We also suggest tick spray if you’re worried about them. We find that in winter time they are very rare. There is a back gate at the ranch and we don’t suggest venturing out of, as the back of the property is NOT fenced, and trails are unkempt. Please stay in the fenced-in area only for your safety! We hope you and your dog enjoys lots of sniffing while you’re either strolling along or sitting down in one of our picnic chairs. We usually turn them sideways when we leave so they don’t collect rainwater. There are a couple cones and tires and poles around the sitting area and you’re welcome to rearrange them for your dog’s needs. We hope you enjoy our ranch as much us we do!
Welcome! We are excited to have you and grateful to our guests for making us the 3rd most visited SniffSpot in all of Florida Got a big, energetic dog who needs a lot of space to run? You’ve found it! If your dog is happiest in the water, we are here for you! We are a haven for dogs with Strong Opinions about things! 🤗 Doesn’t love people? Come on over! Hates other pets? That’s cool! Lives to chase squirrels and moles? We’re overrun, you do you! We are blessed with 19 gorgeous acres of ♿️ HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE pasture, ancient live oak hammocks, and trails surrounding 3 ponds and a creek leading to a cypress swamp. It’s Old Florida at its very BEST. Canter Woods is on the corner of two dead-end dirt roads with barely any traffic. We are now FULLY FENCED so your dog can safely work out every ounce of excess energy! Seating and picnic tables are provided throughout the property, and there is plenty of natural shade. We have a private road that runs all around the inside of the fence, so if your dog likes to run alongside you while you pedal, go ahead and bring your bicycle! The road/trail is almost completely shaded, so even on the hottest of days, it’s quite pleasant. One of our trails, which fully accommodates any vehicle, leads directly to our main seating area adjacent to not one but two ponds. Guests who use a wheelchair, crutches, or a walker can make it from their vehicle to a sturdy chair or lounger in just 6-8 feet ♿️ If you would like access to this parking spot, simply arrange with us. Our shallow swimming ponds are fed nonstop by a deep artesian well. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat™️! 🍃🌱🌿🪵🐇 We have horses on the premises in paddocks, and they’re tolerant of dogs and their mischief and love ♥️ our SniffSpot dog guests. Hopefully your dog is tolerant of these large mysterious creatures and doesn’t harass them! If you think your dog might be aggressive with the horses and get over or under their sturdy 4-foot paddock fence, please use a leash when in proximity of the barn and paddock! Do note that our horses are ridden and worked often, so there’s always the possibility that you will encounter “evidence” of a horse having passed there before you 😉 As we say around here, that’s farm life for ya! If that kind of thing bothers you, this probably isn’t the right spot for you. We are not manicured lawn—we are a farm and woods and a certified wildlife habitat. Note that we do have some predator animals such as hawks, owls, and the occasional bobcat, so this area is best suited for dogs over about 15 pounds. We keep our 4-lb chihuahua mostly inside, since we moved here. Parking is near the main entrance gate, close to the barn, and you are invited to start off your visit on the trails, following Bambi’s Run at the main entrance. Poop bags, maps, and a trash can are located on a pine tree at the parking area and near the horse paddock. ✨ PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please respect that Canter Woods is also our home, and we are closed to anyone who doesn’t have an appointment. For our security and the safety of our guests and their dogs, we have surveillance cameras in use at all our entrances. MEMBERS-ONLY HOURS: We reserve before-work 7:30-10:30 am, Saturday mornings until noon, and all day on Sundays for dog lovers who have chosen to be members. Members also get a lower rate that’s never subject to a price increase + free use of our wash rack and dog shampoo! (a big bonus for the big dogs in our lives!) WE ARE CLOSED ON TUESDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS 🦋
We are a short 6 minute drive from downtown Blacksburg in a serene mountain setting. Lots of parking space if groups want to come. Inside the fenced backyard there are benches for you to rest on while your pooch plays. You are also welcome to use the deck and work or charge your device. If you are here in the evening with friends, there is a fire pit that you can use for a bonfire if you bring your own. There is a creek behind the property on the outside of the fence that can be accessed and hiking trail nearby. We have 3 indoor/outdoor cats and there are 3 cows that roam around on the property next to us.
Beautiful garden, open area and fresh air! Let your dogs run free and you can play with them or you can relax in the hammock or chairs. Peaceful and quiet and wonderful!
Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced in. Our dog, Buttercup, loves to run around here to play with us! We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!
My house and yard is at the end of a dead-end street that borders a vineyard. There are a couple chairs under the covered patio on the backside of the house that you are welcome to use and move around wherever you'd like. There's also a water dish and water under the patio.
