What people say about indoor dog parks around Schwenksville, Pennsylvania
Check out this one of a kind Sniffspot experience!
Super thankful Stephanie at the Pet Friendly Dog Bakery opened up her space before & after hours just for us nervous, reactive doggos! Doors were locked and we never once got nervous! We rented the space for 30 minutes and added on the Indoor Treat Enrichment extra with Saint Rocco's Treats for the ultimate sniffari experience! There's ice cream & private barkday party extras too!
Having the option to go inside to the air conditioning (& heat in the winter!), then outside to the pool, then inside and then outside again was his favorite! The private shopping experience after was mine! I didn't have to struggle with the leash or anxiety myself as I was browsing which was amazing!
If you're in the Philly area you have to try it out!
We had a great time! We added on the enrichment package which was perfect as Harper is currently working on scent work at home and with her trainer so it was nice to have an unfamiliar place to work on this. We will definitely be back!
Amazing, clean, indoor / outdoor space for my solo reactive pup. Alfie got to explore the whole space safely at his own pace. There are kiddie pools, a splash pad, plenty to climb on and play with and having a bakery upstairs could not be more convenient for a surprise take away. It was so exciting our pup has been sleeping it off all afternoon.
Loved the outdoor and indoor play option! It was also nice to be able to shop there with my dog reactive dog while having the place to ourselves. Something we wouldn’t normally be able to do.
My dog loved this spot! There is an inside and outside for dogs to play with plenty of toys and even small dog pools for hot days. I kept my dog inside for most of the time as I didn’t want her to be too distracted by people/dogs walking on the trail behind the spot. They also greeted us with dog treats and some water for the humans too! Will definitely be back.
Very large, nice yard! It was easy to access and they even left water out for us. This is not a reflection of the space, but we could hear, not see, a dog barking nearby (neighbors) so my reactive dog was a bit on edge - just wanted to make a note in case you have easily triggered dogs. However, the dogs were safe in the space and got a quick zoom in! Thank you!
This was our first time using Sniffspot, and we couldn’t be happier! The space was great for our dogs. The hosts left out water, a small treat, and toys which was great. There were some very small gaps in one part of the fence which were not a concern for our 50lb bullies but may be an issue for much smaller dogs. We will definitely be back!
Big yard! The dogs loved running around. The host was wonderful and left us water and a treat for each dog.
My dogs and I had a great time! The water temperature was perfect and the yard had so much space!
Just a heads up that there aren’t steps for the dogs to step into the pool.
Lovely space; big, clean pool; love the pool is separated by a gate, easy to put on Tug's life jacket first; fun pool toys; very comfortable seating; good mix of sun & shade. We had a nice time, and our dog was a very happy boy!
Wonderful area for our dog to explore and be off leash. Bowie was a little hesitant about getting in the water but loved playing around the pool and exploring while we relaxed. It was a great location to allow him to be exposed to the water while having minimal distractions. The background music and water were a bonus. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your space!
Absolutely fantastic spot even if your pups don’t swim. Lots of grass for them to sniff and run around and comfy chairs to sit in. Javier was a great host and it’s such a lovely set up for humans and dogs alike. Totally recommend.
Me and my three dogs had an amazing time! My GSP puppy loved his first time in the water, and my lab loved jumping for toys. We would love to be back!
Host was very responsive, the place was as described, very clean, solid fence in place. Had a great visit!
Awesome experience! Our two pups absolutely loved it. The pool is beautiful, and there is plenty of grass to play in. We had everything we needed. Cannot wait to come back!
This was such a good experience for me and my dogs! The pool was clean and has a shallow and deep end. There is plenty of fenced in grassy area for your dogs to play too. The pool area is private so you can feel comfortable while you hang out. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a beautiful place to bring your dog! Always clean and inviting. I drive 45 minutes to visit because we love it so much.

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by park users so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. Since indoor dog parks are completely enclosed, this adds another level of safety for your pup.
How do I know if an indoor dog park works for my dog?
Start by applying basic filters, such as distractions, to find a dog park that works for your furry friends. If your dog doesn't respond to owner commands, indoor dog parks are a good choice due to their fully enclosed nature. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our indoor dog park sites where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can see any park amenities provided, including a park bench, water for dogs or water features such as kiddie pool or water hose. If your dog loves water, you can go to a park with water features, but if they don't love water, you can avoid them. We also recommend reading reviews to check for park maintenance issues and reaching out to the host with any questions. And lastly, of course, check park hours. Many of our parks are open from dawn until dusk.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that owners sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. We also require that pet owners follow safety protocols around water features.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot park at the same time as me?
No. We only allow one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits. So when you book a Sniffspot park you have the entire place to yourself and your dog-owning friends if you invite them. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings so you will not run into other park patrons when coming or leaving.
Can I have an event or party at an indoor dog park?
If you are planning an amazing indoor dog park party, each Sniffspot park has their own rules regarding special events. Many parks allow doggie birthday parties, training, water parties and other event types. Event organizers need to be responsible for their guests and event organizers should coordinate with the host regarding their fun party. Make sure the park has amenities you need for your party, such as a park with lots of picnic tables with park benches.
