Thanks for your understating *** Available for use is approximately one acre of grass (short and long) with a small section of young native trees. The property is well fenced with 1.5m deer fencing all round. After heavy rains there is sometimes a large pond at the lowest point which is great fun for the dogs. There is a hose and water bowl for you to use. When parking, please don’t block the shared driveway, and be careful not to park too close to the gate so you don’t get stuck. There are some older aerial photos, the blue indicates the property boundaries and the red is where to park. Rules - Please pick up any dog poop - Please keep your dogs on lead until inside the fenced area - Do not park blocking the shared driveway - Please be respectful to neighbours and their stock - Please turn off the hose at the tap when finished

In addition to the 1.3 acre fully fenced area we have a 2 acre field with trails that isn’t fenced. It’s a different environment full of sights, sounds, and scents for you dog to enjoy. I have a couple long leashes available for you to use so your dog has some freedom to explore.

Along with gorgeous scenery you will also enjoy endless space do you and your dog. Please be aware that it is very rural. There is tons of uneven terrain/fallen logs/gopher holes and that there is the possibility of wildlife encounters including bears/cougars. We are a short 6 minute drive from downtown Blacksburg in a serene mountain setting. Lots of parking space if groups want to come. Inside the fenced backyard there are benches for you to rest on while your pooch plays. You are also welcome to use the deck and work or charge your device. If you are here in the evening with friends, there is a fire pit that you can use for a bonfire if you bring your own. There is a creek behind the property on the outside of the fence that can be accessed and hiking trail nearby. We have 3 indoor/outdoor cats and there are 3 cows that roam around on the property next to us.

Our property is conveniently located near Vernon and Lake Country, we're in Coldstream with a half an acre of play area for your dogs! This rural setting also has a cute creek that runs through the property! Periodically our neighbours put out their Texas Long Horned cattle in their pasture right next door!

This is a 2 acre wooded loop on Mt Scott. Our property bumps up against the Wahoo nature reserve is very private, shaded by large trees and well maintained. Our dog loves the woods and creek. We decided to open it to the community so other dogs and their families can enjoy it.

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres surrounding a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! We have 10 dogs of our own who LOVE to play in the pond, so we make sure it is as safe as we can. There are no Gators, Snappers, or Blue/Green Algae! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. Suggested walk path in yellow. Orange flags mark some paths and creek crossing. One neighbours dog (marked on map) is occasionally visible/audible but is contained by electronic fence 20 metres inside boundary.

4/13- The grass is really growing. Please understand this is a pasture for my animals and not a yard. I will not be mowing this area until it is time to hay it. I want you to enjoy it but it is unnecessary to message me that I should cut the grass. This is a huge pasture with sloped hills and a creek running through the bottom. Almost 5 acres of fenced pasture is used for horses and goats in the winter and hay in the summer. Grass will be long at times. The creek is shallow and lots to see and sniff! Tree covered places if you don’t want sun and many beautiful views for everyone to enjoy and play. If you have never been to this spot, it is worth the drive! This is the 2nd spot and close to the 1st spot. Please be sure to follow the directions. My goal for these spots is to be available for all dog owners who need it. I do have clients that book a month out at a time in order to get the time they would like. All I want is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Please pack out all trash, there are no trash cans onsite. Enjoy!
