We built every dog's dream yard with plenty of creature comforts. We love sharing Poochie Garden with all the good dogs and their humans! Don't miss our twinkling winter light display or water play when it's warmer! Turf includes short grass, large beds of taller ornamental grass as natural snuffle spots, bare dirt, and pine mulch, plus a sand Digging Garden along with varied natural rock, cobblestone, and wooden deck walking surfaces - all securely contained within a 6-foot wooden privacy fence. Our Agility Walk, Stump Walk, curated selection of toys, water play, ball pit, treat-tipping bottles, and plenty of other experiences add to your pup's best day. Bring kibble or treats to challenge your hound to the mental stimulation of a puzzle or two. Pup-safe plantings of spearmint, strawberry, catnip, wheat grass, oregano, beautyberry, and more offer your pooch plenty to explore, sniff, and nibble. Humans can rest in the chairs, bench, and hammock on the deck or in the garden and enjoy the sounds of a waterfall, wind chimes, and birds while your pooch plays. Seasonal and static picturesque photo ops are plentiful. Include a human friend or two and their dogs in your reservation if you'd like to share the garden experience! Bring coffee or takeout from a local restaurant - or enjoy refreshments from our Coffee Bar~k! We are located close to I-30 and I-40 to make a perfect road-trip rest stop. The garden is fully lit, so you can even enjoy it after dusk. We offer a PAWty package to celebrate special occasions and a DIY Garden Bath as add-ons to complete your booking. Look in the Extras section for details. Poochie Garden is a certified Wildlife Habitat, so you may encounter birds, rabbits, toads, butterflies, spiders, bees, and other friends while you visit. Please enjoy their presence and do no harm. We typically accept bookings up to 2 weeks in advance. Message if you have a special date to reserve with more notice, and we will try to accommodate. Hydee's Hangout

🐾 We have a 30x170-foot grassy area which is fully enclosed by a 5-foot chain link fence and covered with large trees, bushes, and a metal shelter with 3 sides enclosed for escaping a surprise rain shower. Upgrades and toys are continually added whenever funds allow.  💕 We offer this relaxing space for your dog to play off-leash in honor of our sweet German Shepherd, Hydee, who passed away in the summer of 2025. Our property is a NWF Certified Wildlife Habitat; and we hope your pup will enjoy sniffing around and encountering the squirrels, birds, rabbits, and butterflies as much as she did. 🐓 The only outdoor pets on our property are a few chickens inside a pen about 120 feet away from Hydee's Hangout, though you do walk within 30 feet of them when you enter the backyard. We ask that you please keep your dog on leash until you pass through the second gate into Hydee's Hangout. Please do not approach the chicken pen with your dogs. quarter acre lovely fenced yard, well-kept area with agility course, kiddie pools, and ramp. Lots of fun stuff to do. Small building with toys, A/C and heat for use by the humans and dogs to store personal items, drinks, food, etc. Table with umbrella for the humans. Grill available upon request. Host is a dog trainer and behavior specialist.
