The spot previously was used for horses; which we do not have anymore so figured we could use it as a spot for others to enjoy. You will see an electric fence, but it is not live so no need to worry. A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

**APRIL 2024 UPDATE: our fully-fenced dog park is now open. The lower pasture (approx. 1/4 acre) is fully fenced and provides a relatively flat area for you and your dog to enjoy. We have water access in this area, too. Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. Our property is pretty much full sun. If you visit midday/afternoon, be prepared for heat as the weather warms up. We have planted some trees but they are still quite small.

A nice flat grassed area for you to exercise your dog. Large area to run or play ball with your dog.Ball launcher available sometimes( My dog is obsessed with it, so when I can sneak it away from her). Or use area for training one on one with your canine. An enjoyable experience noted by all guests visiting!! When you book a time it will just be you occupying the dog park. Welcome!! Sorry, no porta potty available, as it was put there by landscapers while they worked on property. Please do not book the 230pm time slot Mon-Fri if you have a reactive dog. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. You can message me and see if there is any availability on any particular day that may seem to be fully booked.

2 acre friendly dog park. Oasis style beach and pond, grass area, patio/gazebo with couches and table, and patio deck at pond with couch/chair and table. Shade or sun deck to relax while your dog enjoys swimming, ball throwing, etc.

Open 6am -6pm It’s wet,grassy ,sandy soil, not to muddy but some standing water this time of year ,so a towel for the dogs ,and waterproof shoes/boots are suggested 💦 with 5ft no climb fencing. Great place to let your dog run safely. Bring and enjoy the porch swing in our new “Dog House” while your dog enjoys the park!

Enjoy the view as your dogs run through our Fully fenced, 2 acre yard, with flat land and a hill. Your pups will have plenty of room to chase the ball, run around, and smell all the country smells.  We have a place for you to sit and enjoy the views, while your dogs roam worry free. Our sometimes green and sometimes brown yard is mowed often! last mow was 1/20/24

Hi everyone my name is Taylor! I specialize in working with reactive/aggressive dogs. I am an apprentice dog trainer as well as a sport dog trainer! Moreover, I provide dog boarding and daycare services for reactive/aggressive dogs from our property. I know all to well what it’s like to have a dog selective dog. I want to help give others some peace of mind by providing a safe space for you and your dogs! If anyone is looking for a place to work on their dogs reactivity, and you need someone to train with, me and my dogs are more than willing to help. I’m well educated on all things dogs and have an immense amount of dog handling experience. We have a small pasture in the front of our property that is fully fenced! This space is perfect for someone looking to do structured training with distractions. We are just starting out with Sniffspot, so more amenities to come! We currently have: table and chairs, parkour equipment, a water hose, a step on sprinkler, and a few different types of toys. There are poop bags, bottled water, towels and more! Unfortunately I don’t think this space would be well suited for small dogs, as there are spaces where small dogs could slip through the fencing. (See pictures). The other downside to this spot is that it is on a pretty busy road. We do have chickens and livestock on the other side of the verticals wood fence. They mostly stay away from the Sniffspot pasture, but all animals are dog friendly! We also have two horses in a separate pasture. If you’re looking to acclimate your pup to livestock please let me know and I can help! I am all about setting dogs up for a successful life and want to do everything I can to help. I’m also very open to suggestions on how to make the Sniffspot better so recommendations are welcome!

Easy parking. Large, multi-level backyard (terraces with grass), large dog friendly stairs, and paved area with table and chairs. Our neighbor, at the bottom of our yard has a dog, Bella, who will bark from time to time. Also, available for humans is a flushing “Portable restroom”.

Hi my name is Dineen. This is new to me, but I’m so excited. I love dogs! Some sizes are a little intimidating but I’m ready to learn things I never knew about various breeds! Me personally I have a beautiful Black/Red German Shepard I rescued on 2/14/22. I also have a little dog family who are so close and not socialized yet with our big Boy Logan Fox😊 I’m so new to this and I have work to do on our yard before I allow my new dog family over….Coming Soon!
