Less than 30 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Pool, tennis court, and mowed free roam area as well as a very large multi acre uncut wild meadow fenced on 3 sides and open to woods on one side. An additional small fully fenced area for training is also on the property. Indoor restroom in the guest house.

Nice size yard with pool...sit on the shaded patio or enjoy poolside swimming with your pup! Please...be sure pups know how to swim to the steps and do not try to climb out the side, scratching/damaging the lining. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture and no smoking. We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. The pool is open and ready for pups to swim. **Four person maximum per visit.** No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property during Sniffspot visits.
