Our trail is wide, perfect to bring a friend and catch up while your dogs run. The trail is well-marked with excellent visibility to keep track of your dog(s). There is very little elevation gain on the walk, so it’s well-suited to take your dog(s) out for a run or a leisurely stroll. Deer sightings are common and you may even spot our resident owl or the bald eagles that nest nearby. Ample parking is available at the trail head and a Little Free Library is located at the end of our driveway. Bring a book and take a book! We are a short trip from both Belleville and Quinte West. Our location, just ten minutes from a Hwy 401 exit (Wallbridge Loyalist Road) makes us a perfect puppy pit stop on your next road trip. *June-September Info: bug spray is provided at the trailhead for your way into the woods, and you’ll find a lint roller and duct tape to check for ticks for your way out. Consider wearing long pants, socks, and closed toe shoes, as you may encounter poison ivy. We are a true Ontario forest experience.

It is a mix of grass and some spots where the grass doesn't grow so on wet days it can be muddy. Great view of the treeline and great spot to listen to all the birds. There is a deck with chairs that can be used and dog toys around the yard that your fur baby can play with! Our dogs do use these toys aswell but all are utd on shots and have no issues.
