Dogs should be on leash until they are in fenced in area to avoid unwanted greetings with the neighbors. - There are ticks and mosquitoes. - The ground is uneven in some areas and may contain trip hazards. - Fencing is 4ft tall livestock wire fencing and has minor defects and imperfections in areas. - Small dogs may be able to squeeze under gates so please be aware - there is a gap at the base of the gate opening. - Be aware there may be wild animals, droppings or remains.
