Hi all! Welcome to our home! We are excited to be able to share our fully fenced, 1acre sized dog yard with other dogs and their favorite people. The fence is 6ft tall, small and large dog friendly. There is lots of shade and a few chairs and side tables available for the human folks to sit and enjoy the view. Please be sure to bring water for your pups, and any toys that they might like to play with. We are looking to add more amenities (including water, toys, pooper scoopers etc) in the near future Directions to location: We are directly at the intersection of Smith Rd and Adams Rd. When you pull in, please drive down towards the large tree near the house, and use the parking space and access gate that is directly next to that tree, on the left hand side. Fully Fenced + Private

We’re happy to share our yard with you and your pup! We’ve used Sniffspot several times for our dog. We loved having a safe, private place for him to run, sniff, and enjoy some freedom. Now that we have a yard of our own, we’re excited to give other dogs that same opportunity. Our yard is large, fully fenced, mostly grass, quiet, and peaceful, with plenty of room to run, play, sniff, or just relax.

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road). The Owner’s dog also loves to party so if your dog is lonely please let us know and we can send out a personal four legged tour guide! This is a carry in/carry out spot. It borders the neighbors’ backyards on the east side and is open to a 40 acre field on the west side. Small Wildlife such as woodchucks, bunnies, or squirrels etc. may find their way into the fenced field area- use at your discretion. The terrain is lightly rolling and irregular - pasture, Watch your step. Drive between the blue and the red garages, down the lane to the silver gate and park anywhere between the little old red barn and the gate entrance. Don’t forget to secure the gate when you come and go!
