Santa's 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park Pasture In Emmett

Fully Fenced
3 acres

This is the field closest to Santa Lane and can park and enter the gate by the stop sign. There were cows and horses here this year so lots of treasures to sniff out. It is across the street from a livestock vet. Our dog is usually in her enclosed personal park in the fruit trees but does like to let us know when someone arrives.

Frequently asked questions about Idaho City dog fields

What amenities do Idaho City dog fields typically include?

Idaho City dog fields feature amenities designed for full-speed running and fetch: big field and open space, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Idaho City hosts customize their spaces. Browse 4 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog fields in Idaho City with water access?

Many Idaho City dog fields include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Idaho City days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Idaho City hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog fields in Idaho City compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Idaho City see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog fields have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Idaho City hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Idaho City dog fields on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Idaho City dog fields offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Idaho City private dog fields let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog fields in Idaho City?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Idaho City that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Idaho City dog fields have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Idaho City dog fields allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Idaho City dog fields welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Idaho City where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Idaho City dog fields for special events?

Many Idaho City dog fields welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Idaho City hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Idaho City dog field listings for event policies.

How do Idaho City dog fields accommodate dogs with special needs?

Idaho City dog fields are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Idaho City special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
