We have plenty of seating options including rocking chairs and benches. We also have a small table and a cooler available for use. On our deck, enjoy our large oscillating fan and shaded area. We also have an electrical outlet and wi-fi is included. For the doggos we have a kiddie pool, water hose, toys, water bowl, towels, and poop bags. For those sunny days, feel free to add on extras like our misters or misting fan. We also offer snack and drink packages! We hope you’ll enjoy our backyard!

Conveniently located off of 610 and Yale! Easy to get here from downtown, and a stones throw from Oak Forest/Garden Oaks. Come enjoy a fully fenced large space with tons of SHADE! We welcome all breeds here! There are lots of dog friendly restaurants in the area. Plan a day of fun for yourself and your furry besties! There is a Whole Foods down the street. Pick up some snacks and enjoy a light bite under the umbrellas. (Just make sure to read all rules, please!) We want you to have a a great and safe time here! When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!
