It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! Hideaway Trails Retreat

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.

Tim's 5 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

I say Partially Fenced because the walking trail only has a partial fence due to a small section that is a city creek i cant fent that small section but its very open safe and free range for Dog training or behavior practice. I have 2 big dogs that swim and drink pond water daily, but if your more comfortable with a doggie pool I can provide one for an additional charge. Guests are responsible for supervising their dogs at all times. The host is not responsible for injuries, escapes, or incidents involving dogs while using the property, also this is a large property and all dogs must have reliable recall and host is not responsible for dogs that leave the property for any reason. Only dogs listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Additional dogs must be added in the booking before arrival.
