There are two gated entry points: one accessible from the front of the house on the left side, and another if you prefer to park on Waterbrook Drive and walk to the gate on the left side if you were looking at the back of the house. Fresh water is available from the spigot near the grills, with a dog bowl provided for your convenience. For dog owners, there’s a shaded seating area under the deck with access to an electrical outlet. We hope you and your pup enjoy your visit!

We see a lot of walkers/runners on the back road and our neighbors’ dogs come out and keep company from their side of the fence. Welcome to Flint Hill! I would love to share my yard with your pet(s). It’s a fenced in yard, in a subdivision here in Wentzville. If you book with me, I will not bother you on your stay. I will even close the curtains to my backdoor so you and your pet are at peace. I don’t have any animals of my own, but sometimes I do have guest from Rover. That being said, if there is a dog in the house I’ll let you know but they will be away from the view of the backyard for your stay duration. I am well acquainted with many different dog temperaments. I want this to be an enjoyable experience for you and your dog.
