55What a great, new Sniffspot! A fully fenced backyard with lush green grass surrounded by trees. It was fun for my dog Teddy and relaxing for me. So serene to be surrounded by trees and all the green. On the big porch there were doggie supplies. There were poop bags available, which I was happy about because the ones on Teddy's leash fell off in the car, unbeknownst to me. There were pup treats, hand sanitizer, lavender wipes, toys, paper towels, an actual towel and a big bowl of fresh water. A small, covered garbage bin was also on the porch; everything you'd need for a visit. All the items were in their own handy receptacles, which made things neat & tidy. There is a fire pit with brand new, clean & comfy chairs for the humans. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back for certain! A lovely spot to enjoy. Jacki D.

There are two neighbor dogs that are behind a fence but they started barking as soon as we came in through the fence. Not the owners fault at all but if you have sensitive dogs just know that if the neighbors dogs are out they’ll be barking. It was good practice for my reactive dogs but heads up.
The owners corgi was inside but visible through the glass door. He was super friendly and sweet though.

Really great spot! Lots of spots for sniffing and exploring.
There are two neighbor dogs that are behind a fence but they started barking as soon as we came in through the fence. Not the owners fault at all but if you have sensitive dogs just know that if the neighbors dogs are out they’ll be barking. It was good practice for my reactive dogs but heads up.

55This spot is perfect! Trees to play hide and seek around, plenty of room for throwing a big ball for my big girl, and lots of grass to roll around in. The fencing was very secure and I loved that I could see my dogs from any angle the entire time.Tinnel L.

Some of the newer roads through the property are bare dirt, so they will be muddy come rainy season, but perhaps there are plans to put down gravel. Didn't see or hear any other dogs. There are horses on neighboring properties you might see when parking, but they are pretty far away.

We loved wandering all through the wooded trails, playing in the meadow, and repeating it all again. Though the meadow is near the private road, and we saw a few vehicles, we were far enough away to keep our reactive pups' attention. In the woods, we neither saw nor heard anyone. Visiting this space was the best possible gift I could give myself and my dog this weekend. A weight was lifted off both of our shoulders being able to spend time safely in the outdoors off leash with lots of space to explore, sniff and decompress. This is such a lovely property for nervous or reactive dogs, without another soul in sight! Property boundaries are clearly marked, and trails are steep but clear and easy to maneuver. Make sure to bring your own water, and pack your poo out when you leave!

We at first missed the parking space, as our GPS told us it was still around one mile to the address. The space is about 1/4 mile from the gate (you won’t see the house from the spot). If you arrive at Ben’s gate you have gone too far!

What a beautiful location! It was such a nice relaxing walk through the woods. The trails were in great condition, and there were many different options to explore. The climb up the hill was a good workout for both us and the dog! We heard a dog barking at the furthest end of the trail, and voices in the distance, otherwise it was very quiet. When we got back to the main field, our dog was so happy he just wanted to roll around in the grass and run circles. We look forward to visiting again!
