Kristyn's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Almaden Valley- South San Jose

My home is in South San Jose and a beautiful safe and quiet neighborhood in Almaden Valley. We live on a quiet cul-de-sac and our house faces a creek with a wonderful walking trail that is dog friendly. There are plenty of nearby parks for hiking or walking right outside my door or a short 5 minute drive from our house. I currently do not have a dog but I did so my backyard is set up for dogs with newer artificial turf and 2 lawn areas. Please note I do have two indoor cats, which should not be a problem unless your dog is not a fan of cats and will get reactive. Please message me preferably a day ahead of time or at least hours ahead of time so that I can prepare and make sure that the back three sliders have the blinds and shutters closed at least at dog eye level.😊 I want everyone to enjoy their experience especially the dogs, and I don’t want my cats scared to death either! I cannot guarantee you that they won’t necessarily try to peek out and see why there are dogs in their yard because they are cats after all, but for the most part they will cooperate. This works out fairly well from what I’ve experienced and seen. We ask that you please not let your dog scratch or dig on the turf as that could damage them. I have multiple safe watering vessels for birds and dogs. There is no pesticides used in my yard or harmful chemicals. I have an organic home garden. The same thing goes with the garden so please make sure your dogs do not get into it as I have put a lot of time, love, sweat and labor to have a thriving garden. I have a large patio set with a new large umbrella and padded chairs that you are welcome to use. There are water bowls and two hoses and water to refill any water bowls at opposite ends of the yard. We just ask that you are responsible and respectful with our things and our property and home. We recently remodeled and one of the upgrades and renovations was putting in the artificial lawns. Please pick up after your dogs and yourself if you bring food or a snack and you may use our garbage or recycling can on the side of the house to dispose of waste or trash. Winter Creek Dog Park In San Jose

Last mowing day: June 3, 2026 SUMMER: Recommend AM visits before 10am or evening after 5pm. Our spot is full sun with very limited shade. We are trying to eliminate the foxtails but we have a large property and cannot guarantee we get all of them. We are pesticide-free so all removal is done by hand/tractor. **Horses visible in adjacent property occasionally Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. This is a private house and backyard space located in the heart of Almaden. The property is fully enclosed, with areas to sit in the backyard or a hammock to use in the front. Access to the house is through the front gate, even though it’s slightly hard to open it’s just an old gate. There are potted plants around some of the sitting areas, so please be aware of that for your pup.
