Rent safe and private dog agility parks hosted by locals in San Jose, California

Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!

Aloha! Come enjoy a private wood in Piedmont with your pup! We have a driveway for parking, a fully fenced property, as well as additional fencing bordering the Sniffspot, Pono Pines. You will enter through the driveway, turn right into the gate, and follow the walkway through to the Grow Zone. Potty is okay in this first spot. Once you pass under the archways, you will see signs that say “no potty” for just a few yards until you reach the Pono Pines entrance. Pono Pines is equipped with an agility course, ball pit, fetch toys, enrichment toys, a water and wash up station, and many more amenities to make your stay a time of play! The view is everything! We are a ten minute walk from the Glen Park Bart station and downtown dog friendly restaurants and bars.

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post w/ sprinkler for hot days. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. there is currently a kiddy pool, but will construct a much better wading pool with drainage. We change and add fresh water daily. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows.

We have a large training/playfield as well as an obstacle area with obstacles that are built to help your dog build confidence. $25 an hour for first 2 dogs. ( Sign up for 1 dog if you have 2. More than two, please add each dog)

Huge backyard to let your pets out and run.

Our El Sobrante backyard has been such a blessing to us. It's our favorite place to relax and enjoy nature. Now that's available to you. We offer a relaxing shaded patio with comfy chairs for getting out of the direct sun if needed. Supplies and Toys to make sure your pup has the best time. The backyard has tiered retaining walls that can be fun to climb and hop for larger pups and plenty of open space for running, digging, and horseplay. We are open to feedback and are considering purchasing a kiddie pool for the pups. Let us know if you would like a kiddie pool option. Site Deer, play fetch, hose your pup down, or unleash them and let them run free while you relax. The choices are abundant, and we hope you enjoy your time with us.
