ALL DOGS IN YOUR BOOKING MUST BE ACQUAINTED. NO FIRST TIME INTRODUCTIONS ALLOWED. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the property at any time during Sniffspot visits. Fully fenced in .25 acres yard with a concrete patio that is level with the yard. No stairs to climb! There is a patio set with extra chairs and side tables, 11 foot umbrella for shade. There are dog toys always available, toddler friendly toys and snacks/beverages available for a fee. I work from home so any need for bathroom breaks can be done when I can open up the door. Swimming - dogs only. No people can enter the pool - per my home owners insurance, not even to sit on the steps and put your feet in. Only toys on site - or new in packaging permitted due to potential bacteria/algae contamination from waterway transfers. Additional fees per dog are based upon the size and short/long haired pups as the after care in much different.
