We are a short 6 minute drive from downtown Blacksburg in a serene mountain setting. Lots of parking space if groups want to come. Inside the fenced backyard there are benches for you to rest on while your pooch plays. You are also welcome to use the deck and work or charge your device. If you are here in the evening with friends, there is a fire pit that you can use for a bonfire if you bring your own. There is a creek behind the property on the outside of the fence that can be accessed and hiking trail nearby. We have 3 indoor/outdoor cats and there are 3 cows that roam around on the property next to us.

You’ve found it! If your dog is happiest in the water, we are here for you! We are a haven for dogs with Strong Opinions about things! 🤗 Doesn’t love people? Come on over! Hates other pets? That’s cool! Lives to chase squirrels and moles? We’re overrun, you do you! We are blessed with 19 gorgeous acres of ♿️ HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE pasture, ancient live oak hammocks, and trails surrounding 3 ponds and a creek leading to a cypress swamp. It’s Old Florida at its very BEST. Canter Woods is on the corner of two dead-end dirt roads with barely any traffic. We are now FULLY FENCED so your dog can safely work out every ounce of excess energy! Seating and picnic tables are provided throughout the property, and there is plenty of natural shade. We have a private road that runs all around the inside of the fence, so if your dog likes to run alongside you while you pedal, go ahead and bring your bicycle! The road/trail is almost completely shaded, so even on the hottest of days, it’s quite pleasant. One of our trails, which fully accommodates any vehicle, leads directly to our main seating area adjacent to not one but two ponds. Guests who use a wheelchair, crutches, or a walker can make it from their vehicle to a sturdy chair or lounger in just 6-8 feet ♿️ If you would like access to this parking spot, simply arrange with us. Our shallow swimming ponds are fed nonstop by a deep artesian well. We also have plenty of wildlife—depending on how rambunctious your dog might be, you may see otters, soft shelled turtles, tortoises, wood ducks, raccoons, armadillos, rabbits, and squirrels. We also have a plentiful supply of water birds—herons, egrets, and more. We are a Certified Wildlife Habitat™️! 🍃🌱🌿🪵🐇 We have horses on the premises in paddocks, and they’re tolerant of dogs and their mischief and love ♥️ our SniffSpot dog guests. Hopefully your dog is tolerant of these large mysterious creatures and doesn’t harass them! If you think your dog might be aggressive with the horses and get over or under their sturdy 4-foot paddock fence, please use a leash when in proximity of the barn and paddock! Do note that our horses are ridden and worked often, so there’s always the possibility that you will encounter “evidence” of a horse having passed there before you 😉 As we say around here, that’s farm life for ya! If that kind of thing bothers you, this probably isn’t the right spot for you. We are not manicured lawn—we are a farm and woods and a certified wildlife habitat. Note that we do have some predator animals such as hawks, owls, and the occasional bobcat, so this area is best suited for dogs over about 15 pounds. We keep our 4-lb chihuahua mostly inside, since we moved here. Parking is near the main entrance gate, close to the barn, and you are invited to start off your visit on the trails, following Bambi’s Run at the main entrance. Poop bags, maps, and a trash can are located on a pine tree at the parking area and near the horse paddock. ✨ PLEASE NOTE: We are specifically requesting that you do NOT come to our farm to “check us out” WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. Please respect that Canter Woods is also our home, and we are closed to anyone who doesn’t have an appointment. For our security and the safety of our guests and their dogs, we have surveillance cameras in use at all our entrances. MEMBERS-ONLY HOURS: We reserve before-work 7:30-10:30 am, Saturday mornings until noon, and all day on Sundays for dog lovers who have chosen to be members. Members also get a lower rate that’s never subject to a price increase + free use of our wash rack and dog shampoo! (a big bonus for the big dogs in our lives!) In addition to the 1.3 acre fully fenced area we have a 2 acre field with trails that isn’t fenced. It’s a different environment full of sights, sounds, and scents for you dog to enjoy. I have a couple long leashes available for you to use so your dog has some freedom to explore.

Beautiful scenic views in the country, lots of land to run in, pond to swim in, toys available, poop baggies, (please dispose) and a stick library for the pooch. Treats available for being a good boy/girl. Farm animals are contained inside a separate fenced area, your baby won’t be in direct contact with them.

Welcome to Dolce Ridge Dog Park! This property is a fully operational chestnut farm that doubles as a dog park in the off season. The property includes a fully enclosed 7 acre lot as well as some wooded area with a creek outside of the fenced-in area that you're welcome to explore as well!

Along with gorgeous scenery you will also enjoy endless space do you and your dog. Please be aware that it is very rural. There is tons of uneven terrain/fallen logs/gopher holes and that there is the possibility of wildlife encounters including bears/cougars. We are just west of Missoula with over 300 acres of wetland, hills, trees, fields, and streams. The north and south ends of the property have restrooms and there is so much to explore! Tons of things for dogs to sniff: ground squirrel holes, cow pies, animal tracks, etc. For the humans: we don’t spray chemicals and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a spot like this. Views of the M and the mountains surrounding the Grass Valley like you’ve never seen! We have a campground here if you want to stay over just message us and we’ll tell you how to book, we are pumped to offer a space for people to recreate with their dogs. If you have an old/anxious/shy/small dog this is your place, let them run around and have fun without the stress of aggressive or untrained dogs at the local parks! Almost an acre of pastureland overlooking Jacoby Creek Valley for dogs to sniff, roam, play, and most of all be off leash and in nature. Come with your dog alone or bring some friends and dog pals (up to 6 total) to romp and chase and play while you relax. There are some toys and obstacles, water, and lots to dig. Please bring your own balls. There may be cattle in the adjoining field below, occasionally deer though rarely in the daytime. Chairs are set for a pastoral view, particularly lovely at sunset. People and cars may go by on the driveway. The spot is all yours when you are there and with respect to reactive dogs, I won't greet you unless we set that up in advance. I want the dogs to feel that this is their space and we won't intrude. If your plans change you can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours prior to your reservation through the app but it does not allow changes after that. Please no smoking or using while visiting. Enjoy!

Our property is conveniently located near Vernon and Lake Country, we're in Coldstream with a half an acre of play area for your dogs! This rural setting also has a cute creek that runs through the property! Periodically our neighbours put out their Texas Long Horned cattle in their pasture right next door!

Hi everyone, Welcome to Donna's Dog Park! We offer 2 acres of fully fenced fun for your furry friend. There are flat, wide open areas, mature trees and semi wooded spots in the yard. Your dog(s) can run, sniff, roll and play to their heart's content. We have 2 water stations, 2 baskets filled with toys and treats for your pet. For the humans, we have 3 different seating areas. An open area on the patio with 4 tables and chairs and an umbrella that you can open/close depending on your preferce. There is also a covered patio with a ceiling fan, a table and 6 chairs. There is a basket on the table with sun screen, bug spray, wet wipes and hand sanitizer for your use. Waste bags are provided in the basket as well. The third seating area will be ready soon and is on the raised back porch which is also covered. It has an outdoor love seat, chairs and a hammock and provides a nice spot to sit and watch your dogs. We've recently opened and I've ordered a sign for the park entrance which should arrive in a week or so. We will have water features and an agility course in the near future. Our goal is to provide a clean safe space where your dog(s) can have a pawsitive experience. We welcome your feedback and will do all we can to ensure a pawsitive experience for everyone.
