Fully fenced yard on a quiet street. Three tiered hill to really get some exercise in running up and down. Lots of dog trails through the woody areas from my dogs chasing each other and squirrels. Nice flat area if your pup doesn't get around as well. Sometimes there may be toys left out, feel free to play with them! If you're interested in any training for a little extra let me know. I've had good results in under an hour.

Enjoy the hammock. Tend to a fire. This is your time too! I will respect your privacy. Off-street parking available in driveway. Garbage can on front deck: pack out all garbage and dog poop. Back gate goes to public city land. Travel at your own risk and respect private property. You're welcome to the indoor bathroom when owner is home. Hammock, seats and water unavailable during cold season. Note: after wet weather, yard may be muddy.
