Private dog park

Farley Funny Farms Private Dog Park

Partially Fenced
1 acre

We have a partially fenced in 1.5 acre property! The front yard is a well-groomed and maintained yard with the whole front (roadside) fenced. Perfect to play fetch and let your dogs and kids run around! The backyard that connects to the front yard is also very well maintained but with a little more privacy from the road noise. There isn't as much fencing in this area, but it is secluded. Then we have the hill and back field! A LOT of room for a pup to roam and run! There is little to no fencing in this area, so the dog will need to have a good recall. But my dog loves running through the trees and up and down the hill! This area is semi- maintained. We cut it down a couple of times a year, but it is pretty thick and a bit uneven. Tennis shoes would be alright on a dry day, but boots are more recommended! Next to our open field at the bottom of the hill, we have about 1/2 an acre FENCED IN! In this area, you can let those high-energy dogs free to run and do as they please! This part of the yard is not maintained (yet). This area is also connected to our chicken run. You can not access the chickens from the fenced-in area, but you are directly next to their area. So please do not let your dogs jump on the connecting fence or dig at the bottom. We already have had some chickens try to squeeze under the fence! So we offer 3 different areas for you and your dog(s) to explore! We love our property, we love dogs, and our dog seems to love her yard, and I think this is a really amazing idea! We would love to meet you and your doggo! So come play in our yard and have an amazing time!

Frequently asked questions about Sutton-Alpine dog fields

Why are private dog fields better than public dog parks in Sutton-Alpine?

Private dog fields in Sutton-Alpine eliminate major public park risks: unpredictable dog encounters that scare puppies, aggressive dogs that trigger reactive behavior, chaotic crowds that overwhelm seniors or small dogs, and disease transmission from dozens of unknown dogs. Sutton-Alpine's 3 private dog fields offer complete privacy, professionally maintained cleanliness, and controlled environments. Whether you have a fearful puppy, a reactive adult, a fragile senior, or simply want peace of mind, private bookings give you control.

How safe are Sutton-Alpine dog fields compared to public dog parks?

Sutton-Alpine dog fields are significantly safer than public facilities. Public dog parks risk: aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, overcrowding that triggers reactive behaviors or injuries. Private Sutton-Alpine dog fields eliminate these concerns—bookings are completely private, all guests have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars.

Are Sutton-Alpine dog fields safe for reactive dogs?

Sutton-Alpine owners of reactive dogs choose dog fields because they offer safe, private environments for off-leash exercise without the triggers of public dog parks. Complete privacy means no unexpected dog encounters, no overwhelming chaos, no aggressive dogs. Reactive dogs can finally enjoy full-speed running and fetch while building confidence in a controlled setting. Many Sutton-Alpine reactive dog owners say Sniffspot is their only safe exercise option.

Can anxious dogs safely use Sutton-Alpine dog fields?

Yes! Sutton-Alpine dog fields provide controlled environments perfect for anxious or fearful dogs. No other dogs means no triggers, no overwhelming situations. Anxious dogs can explore a large, open grass area where dogs can run at full speed and play fetch at their own pace without stress. Many Sutton-Alpine dog fields offer quiet, spacious settings ideal for building confidence in nervous dogs who struggle at chaotic public dog parks.

Are Sutton-Alpine dog fields good for small dogs?

Absolutely! Small dogs benefit enormously from Sutton-Alpine dog fields because they can explore without fear of being trampled or intimidated by larger breeds. Many small dog owners in Sutton-Alpine avoid public parks entirely due to safety concerns—dog fields eliminate that worry. Filter for appropriate sizing, secure fencing with no gaps, and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

Do Sutton-Alpine dog fields work for senior dogs?

Yes! Senior dogs thrive at Sutton-Alpine dog fields because they can move at their own pace without being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or young dogs. Look for Sutton-Alpine dog fields with flat terrain, easy access, shade, and smaller sizes if your senior has mobility limitations. The privacy means your older dog can rest when needed and enjoy gentle exercise without stress.

What do Sutton-Alpine dog owners say about dog fields?

Reviews of Sutton-Alpine dog fields consistently highlight: excellent privacy for all dog types, secure fencing that prevented escapes, clean and well-maintained spaces, responsive hosts, and safe environments for anxious, fearful, reactive, senior, and small dogs. Local favorite Farley Funny Farms Private Dog Park is particularly praised in Sutton-Alpine. Read reviews to see real experiences from Sutton-Alpine dog owners with similar needs.
