For other optional add-on amenities I will need at least 7 days advanced notice as I manage rentals in Tulsa and Norman and am not always around to do last minute preparation. **We have some bags of landscaping supplies stored on the side of the house for some spring remodels** **Only 1/3 of the yard + the pool is currently being rented as the other 2/3s have been treated!** We ARE accepting bookings for those who are fine with the 2 inconveniences listed above! We love furry-guests! We rent our Pool out through a service called Swimply and have decided to rent on SniffSpot when the Pool is not in use! Since we rent the pool and yard to humans and pets, it is comfortable for both with many of amenities and more on the way! You’re welcome to book for pets or for humans. - If booking for humans, please set the “number of dogs” to the number of people in your party. - If booking for pets, you are allowed up to 5 people with 1-2 dogs or 2 people per dog for 3+ dogs! Amenities Include: 1.) Flood lights to ensure the yard is well-lit day and night 2.) Ring Cameras to ensure pet safety. 3.) 7 foot tall privacy fence keeps even the most agile dogs in place! 4.) 5 foot fence around the pool to keep pets away from the pool and safe. 5.) Dog Water Bowls 6.) Sprinkler & Water Hose 7.) Dog Toys 8.) Chairs, Lounge Chairs, and Swing 9.) Table 10.) Power Outlet 11.) Hand Sanitizer 12.) Soap & Running Water 13.) Porta-Potty (Cleaned & Disinfected well between guests, not your usual stinky potty) 14.) Doggy Bags 15.) Trash Can 16.) Pool & Pool Toys 17.) Tetherball (Additional) 18.) Doggie Pool (Additional) More Amenities in Transit: 1.) Doggie Splash Pad (Estimated August 6th) SAFETY NOTES: 1.) I do have a dog of my own (very friendly and kept inside during bookings) and so I walk the yard daily to ensure there is no trash or hazardous objects in the yard. 2.) The pool is fenced in separately from the rest of the yard so that your fur-baby will not fall into the pool. Main pool usage is available for a small fee. Also, we have a separate dog pool that can be placed inside the pool fence or in the yard for a small water-filling fee. 3.) I do grow tomatoes and peppers. They are fenced in via a garden fence to keep pets away. However, the garden fence is just a few feet tall so it could be hurdled by large agile dogs.
