Deer, squirrels, rabbits, turkey and other wildlife are frequently seen on our property outside the fence. Please wait until the gate is securely closed before unclipping your dog's leash. Happy sniffing! 🐾🌲 No smoking on property One dog can be heard in the distance for about 3 minutes total of the entire day. Other than that from the fence in area there are no dogs visual and mostly you will just hear birds. If you use the towels please put them in the hamper and do not keep them. Towels, hamper, water bowl, sunscreen and poo bags are on the patio. Feel free to use the hose ( must turn timer knob as well) and patio fan. If you would like to use the automatic ball launcher it connects to the Christmas lights just plug the Christmas lights to the outlet on the patio. Make sure you point the ball launcher towards the yard.

Willow Creek Ranch is a 48 acre farm in Washington Township owned by 3rd generation livestock farmers. We have many trails to walk on. The time spent here will be nothing but bliss. Even though we are in the center of a busy town, you will not notice, once in our woods. Our trails and property are clean and groomed routinely. We have fields for running. Our livestock is kept in pastures or pens. Please do not go into livestocks pastures or pens and keep privacy for the residence. While on our trails you will see beautiful wildlife. I brought my puppy here to work on some off-leash training and it was exactly what we needed. The yard is completely fenced, so I felt comfortable letting him focus without worrying about other dogs or people walking by. The privacy made such a difference, and she was able to stay engaged instead of getting distracted. There was plenty of room to practice recalls, stays, and just let her run around as a reward. The property is quiet, clean, and really peaceful. We'll definitely be adding this spot to our regular training routine!

Went on a super cold day but was easy to find and park. Definitely recommend keeping your pup on leash if they are herding dogs as the horses and cows are curious :)

This place is HUGE! We rented the space for two hours and still didn’t complete all of the trails. You have both open space for the dogs to run and play and trails to explore! The trails are cleared out really well. Even with it being winter I could see clearly where the paths were. Some are wide and some are a bit more narrow but nothing that you can’t maneuver through. The owner was extremely nice and helpful on giving directions on where certain paths were and what they led to. There are some horses, goats and donkeys but they are in the very front of the property. Once you pass that it’s explore time and so much to explore! We did not see any dogs on the property or even on neighboring properties. We did see two deer. This is definitely going to be a new go to! The dogs had an absolute blast!

Such a great new sniff spot! Beautiful well maintained property with well maintained trails. Felicia (owner) met us and gave a map of the property and trails. So convenient too since it’s not too far over the bridge from Philly. Goose had a great time and we hope to be back very soon.
