The Back 40

When you book "The Back 40" you have access to the original, smaller, The Mannerly Dog Sniffspot, so no one will be using it while you're here! You'll still have your own private dog park, just a bigger one. You will not see us or our dogs. One neighbor has chickens - they are catty-corner to The Back 40, in the rear. They are in a pen and may cluck or crow at times. the yard catty-corner on the other side occasionally has a couple of dogs in it, but it's pretty rare - it could happen though. You might see or hear humans on the other side of the wooden fence that runs the full 300 feet along the side of both Sniffspots. Otherwise, the area is serene and quiet with plenty of squirrels and birds. Sit and rest or play with your dog - either way, we hope you enjoy your visit!

Fully fenced yard on about 0.3 acre. Yard has covered patio with outside lights, seating, table and babyswing (upon request). Home has two dogs that use the enclosed dog run area to the left for their business, your dog is more than welcome to use that area as well. There is also a garden that produces. Please monitor your dog but feel free to let them eat a couple of veggies or berries. Small pool and fire pit available for use upon request. Outside of the fenced in area is walking trails around the ponds.

Hello fur babies and humans! We have lots of property that is perfect as your private dog park. It is safe and so relaxing. You can come by yourself or book time with your dog families if wanted. We have multiple seating areas as well as beautiful scenery. Just be aware most of the property IS NOT FENCED YET, but does have a smaller fenced backyard area for dogs who are not good off leash. There are farm animals fenced in their own areas for you & your pups to enjoy watching. I will provide a few goodies for you such as dog bags, poop scoop, hand sanitizer, dog nail clippers, dog brush, a dog pool, and a water hose if you feel like giving your dog a bath! There is a beautiful pond for your dogs to swim in as well. I will also provide a few waters next to your dog goodies if you get thirsty 😊 for and extra fee. I’ll ask is that you respect our property as if it was your own. There are many things provided for you to use but please don’t take anything off of the property.
