This space is highly maintained and the lawn will always be cut, there is plenty of space for you and your pups to run free and feel themselves. If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.

The pool is 12' x 24' and the depth ranges from 3' to 6'. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing! There is also a bathroom in the basement.

If you have a long haired dog please give them a good brush before coming. It will help cut down the cleaning time. I have pet turf throughout the back yard which makes clean up a breeze! I do have 2 dogs of my own so please be sure to pick up after your dog. There is a hose located to the left of the stairs you can use for water if you pup needs a drink. When you enter the property, please go through the gate that is located between the shed and house. Sundays are blocked off for pool maintenance and cleaning. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.
