You’re welcome to enjoy either yard or both during your visit, making it ideal for multiple dogs or just giving your pup a fun change of scenery! To keep everyone cool and comfortable, we provide a kiddie pool for splashing, along with fresh water bottles and towels for your convenience. We truly want every visit to feel easy, relaxing, and special. Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Bring your own towels. :) * Pool and lanai access - as an extra upon request. * Restroom access * Seating for owners throughout the property * Easy parking (grass or driveway) * Quiet, natural environment We are so happy to offer our yard to other dog lovers. We love hosting a place where dogs can just be dogs with no worries in the world! I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do! **************************************** Other Info: The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026 and will be completely operational by the end of March 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria.

You can use the pool or we can put up the safety fence. Additionally we have a small kiddie pool for dogs that like to splash around or just prefer drinking from a giant water bowl. At my home, your dog(s) will enjoy plenty of playtime in a peaceful, small fenced area—and we have a small to medium in ground saltwater pool for those who love to swim! *The pool is NOT heated and is cold during the fall and winter months. Due to the screened enclosure, it can be a little cool in the spring and summer. During your visit, my pets and any pets we are sitting will be put up, and we will do our best to keep the barking to a minimum. You’ll have access to the patio area and saltwater swimming pool. Please feel free to bring any toys or towels your pup(s) may need, especially if they plan to swim. We have a water bowl and hose available if needed. Hey fur friends! We would love to welcome you to our lovely area. Where there is a half acre lot to roam and zoom across which also features a trampoline. Also, we have the back half behind our home fenced that is available. For additional cost you can let your pup cool off in our pool.

This oasis is the perfect retreat for visitors from out of town and local’s who are unable to provide their fur baby with a place to run and play. $20/dog/hour for yard usage and $50/dog/hour with pool access.
