I have split the property in 2, where the house, front yard and a sectioned off backyard is being rented out. They do have a dog that stays inside during the day and will have a run around 7am and again at 5 to 6pm at night. I live in a tiny house out the back back yard and this space approx half an acre is what is available for your dogs to run in. It is preferred if you enter via Horwood road, happy for you to drive in the gate or park in the driveway.
