Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

We are a private home that sits on 3 acres of mostly open field in rural Cape May (south of the canal). 14 acres of State land border our property and we sit a half mile off the road so your dog is fairly far from traffic. There are no current dogs in our household but we pet-sit dogs under 40# and we do walk them at various times of the day on a leash around the property. They cannot have any interaction with Sniffspot dogs so your time slot must be adhered to. We also freerange our hens and let them out by 11 am. So sunrise until 11 am are our hours your dog can come run and sniff.

Our land has a few fenced in areas recently used for cows so they aren’t full privacy fences. If you are worried about your companion running off please note that this property is unfenced surrounded by corn fields. This is PLENTY of space to roam, a trail to a pond, and lots of scents to smell. We do not allow pups getting in the pond, for your safety and your pups

Cozy fenced in yard located near Dover Air Force Base and Historic Downtown Dover. 15mins from Bally's Casino & Racetrack and Dover Tech. The yard is surrounded by an enclosed chain link fence so your pup can roam and play freely! Space is equipped a few dog toys, poop bags and a water bowl for drinking. The space also includes a sitting area for humans. Space is illuminated in the evening.

Newly fenced in yard with plenty of running space and backs up to the Redden State Forest. There is only one neighbor around who is rarely there so there is plenty of privacy to hang out with the dogs. We also have a hammock and chairs for owners to sit in while the dogs play.

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

We have a large lot perfect for dogs ! Alls we ask is clean up after your pup! We have 3 of our own so they will be inside during your time !

Our dogs will be kept inside at all times while you are there. Large & well kept private off leash dog park. Conveniently located to 141, Faulkland Rd & Kirkwood Hwy. We are happy to provide toys for play or balls for fetching. We welcome you to pull up a chair or relax in the hammock while your dogs get exercise. We have three bird feeders so there’s lots of birds to watch, you are also welcome to feed our rooster or chickens. We also run a dog daycare so if you like we usually have other dogs for your dog to play and socialize with. Our grass is treated for fleas and ticks naturally but we do ask for our visiting dogs to be on a flea and tick preventative to keep everyone safe and comfortable. You are welcome to use the fire pit on chilly days. We also have a galvanized tub for washing your pets paws or even bathing if you like.

Fully fenced 120' x 30' area for off leash fun plus 20ish acre property to wander with your leashed pet(s). There is a horse barn on the property as well as rescue pigs, goats and sheep (all fenced in), but lots to see and smell!

This spot is fenced and spacious with lots of shade and places to dig. Lots of shade and space to run. Can play with or without my 4 medium dogs. Bathroom just inside the kitchen. I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys.

If your looking for a place your dog can run freely and safely, this is the spot for you. We have dog toys, water bowls, a hose, and a doggy pool (weather permitting) that can be enjoyed on hot summer days. For our human friends, comfy chairs, a fire pit (upon request), and a large umbrella are available for your enjoyment. Private entrance in/out of yard. Of note: there are two pest control boxes around the perimeter of our yard. They are completely pet safe, as we have two dogs of our own. Please reach out if you have any concerns!

Here is a chow and a miniature pit- they love people, animals and all things! They would love to show your pup all around the yard! I will be very well attentive to them and will give out treats and lunch! :)
