Welcome to the most centrally located, easy-to-get-to spot in Los Altos Hills on the corner of La Paloma and W Fremont Rd & 2 mins away from downtown Los Altos. We just started Sniffspot and we’re loving it, and we hope you love our spot too! **We had one bad review on April 30th about a weed problem, NOT FOXTAIL, that’s since been resolved. We got rid of all the weeds that were inaccessible. They were accessing an inaccessible area that we now made accessible and posted numerous photos of weeds, NOT FOXTAILS, while claiming there are foxtails. The review is mistaken; there are zero foxtails. We DO NOT use pesticides or herbicides, hence the 1 or 2 weeds that sometimes get leftover and are hard to spot** Our yard is 100% fox-tail and thistle free (even in inaccessible areas like behind our beautiful oak tree). About the space: - Sprinklers turn on once a week for optimum grass health. - Multiple water bowls and a hose available. - Multiple seating options for large groups of people. - Toys available for your doggos - Hand sanitizer, poop bag dispenser, bin, pooper scoopers, and dog treats coming shortly

We are on 10 acres and would love to share our yard with you. Beautiful Mountain View’s amongst grape vines with gravel pathways. Where your new morning or afternoon ritual begins.

**APRIL 2024 UPDATE: our fully-fenced dog park is now open. The lower pasture (approx. 1/4 acre) is fully fenced and provides a relatively flat area for you and your dog to enjoy. We have water access in this area, too. Additionally, guests can enjoy the adjacent hillside which is partially-fenced. You are welcome to enjoy this off-leash or, if you're more comfortable, take a little stroll through the grass. Our property is pretty much full sun. If you visit midday/afternoon, be prepared for heat as the weather warms up. We have planted some trees but they are still quite small.

Our play park is located on a lovely equestrian property...we are fully fenced gated private home/facility. There are farm animals, the sounds of wild birds everywhere, we are friendly and love to say hi. This year we are working on adding all kids of fun things to our newly designated dog park.... come on and play :)

truly beautiful spot, just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs at all time while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees, all about the property and the doggie park, along with all the trees comes the birds, so constantly singing and tweeting. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras We have a dig site now, With both fresh sand and separately a dirt mound. We find about half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There is an indestructible table in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speed around 10-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows.

Hello! We’re just getting started hosting with Sniffspot and are excited to host you! Please let us know what we can do to improve the space. A past guest let us know we needed better signage, so we got a bright blue sign printed and hung it on the fenced area. Another guest mistook the community garden (incompletely fenced) for the play area (completely fenced). If you see vegetables, the area is not completely fenced! You're welcome to explore, just be respectful of the gardeners and plants please. The avocado tree overhanging the play area is dropping fruit right now, so if your dog likes to eat random stuff on the ground please be careful! The play area is tucked between St Stephen’s in-the-Field Episcopal Church and the left hand fence (turn from Santa Teresa Blvd onto Avenida España, then take the first right and head to the back). There are two churches on the lot, ours is at the back, with ample off street parking and lots of gardens to explore, in addition to the enclosed play space. Feel free to message with any questions!
