Bonnie's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Morris

Unfenced
12 acres

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Do not park and block the garages. There is a picture under parking info.

Frequently asked questions about Cedar Point dog beaches

What amenities do Cedar Point dog beaches typically include?

Cedar Point dog beaches feature amenities designed for swimming and beach activities: beach, sand and wetlands, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Cedar Point hosts customize their spaces. Browse 2 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog beaches in Cedar Point with water access?

Many Cedar Point dog beaches include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Cedar Point days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Cedar Point hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog beaches in Cedar Point compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Cedar Point see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog beaches have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Cedar Point hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Cedar Point dog beaches on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Cedar Point dog beaches offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Cedar Point private dog beaches let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog beaches in Cedar Point?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Cedar Point that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Cedar Point dog beaches have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Cedar Point dog beaches allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Cedar Point dog beaches welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Cedar Point where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Cedar Point dog beaches for special events?

Many Cedar Point dog beaches welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Cedar Point hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Cedar Point dog beach listings for event policies.

How do Cedar Point dog beaches accommodate dogs with special needs?

Cedar Point dog beaches are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Cedar Point special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
