The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Bring your own ball to the private basketball court. There is plush seating on the patio along with a fire pit available for use. We provide garbage receptacles throughout the property.
