Rent safe and private small dog parks hosted by locals in Chestertown, Maryland

We are a local dog training company and want to rent out our field when not in use! We have a fully fenced in area for your dog to run around chasing a ball or even to try out our competition standard agility equipment! We do have a couple of balls but if you prefer to bring your own that’s also fine. You will have the entire space to yourself without any other dogs, we do ask that you bring your own water bowl but we do have a hose you can use to fill it up! Parking is permitted in the drive way as well. Any questions don’t hesitate to reach out!

$10.00 an hour per dog

This spot is fenced and spacious with lots of shade and places to dig. Lots of shade and space to run. Can play with or without my 4 medium dogs. Bathroom just inside the kitchen. I have a cooler of waters and sodas for purchase and always have pup water and toys.

The tree lined yard is big and open with lots of sniff and discover spots like woodpiles, big trees with squirrels and birds, and neighbor dogs to run the fence with and check out. Plenty of shade space and yard seats. Ample parking in large driveway and overflow parking in grass, left of driveway. Enjoy!!

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the Back Yard right in front of the driveway, feel free to Park on the drive or front of house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul de sac. You will have your time with your puppa(s) in my Large Fenced in back yard, uninterrupted. I have one Doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water, and the trash can to dispose of 💩. I have a container of dog toys available for use, aswell as added agility equipment for those that wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the Summer leading into Fall Months. There may be some divets/holes in the yard from where doggos have dug, so please watch your footing.

We have water on site in the field, poop stations in the field and parking lot, bathroom on site and amazing views. We also provide some toys too! This is truly a dog’s paradise! Fully fenced backyard. Deck has gates at both set of stairs to keep dogs in the yard. Chairs available for parents. 2 hoses for fresh water. I have poop bags hanging on the inside of each gate and also a pooper scooper. I will provide fresh ice water if I'm home and available to do so. If I'm not, use either hose to fill water bowls. Please put all toys back where they were. Please clean up after yourself and leave the poop bags in the tiny trashcan by the gate. Please dispose of any other trash in my trash can or recycling bin that is in my driveway. Cigarette and 420 friendly. 2 people max. No children under 12 please.

Cozy fenced in yard located near Dover Air Force Base and Historic Downtown Dover. 15mins from Bally's Casino & Racetrack and Dover Tech. The yard is surrounded by an enclosed chain link fence so your pup can roam and play freely! Space is equipped a few dog toys, poop bags and a water bowl for drinking. The space also includes a sitting area for humans. Space is illuminated in the evening.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy the outdoors! ****EFFECTIVE APRIL 1**** Our back large field that leads to our wood walking trails- please remain to the right side following tire mark trail. It is hay growing season and need to commit to that trail. This will be in place until our hay cut at the end of the summer, early fall. *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. This has been an increasing issue on our property. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths. *****please take note for friends looking to use fenced in area-we have slats that need replacing****** This is on our spring repair list this year, so please use with caution. We also do sell our farm fresh, free range eggs, as an addition to our services, which you will find in the extras. You can add in with your reservation! We can’t wait for you all to visit! Fully fenced 120' x 30' area for off leash fun plus 20ish acre property to wander with your leashed pet(s). There is a horse barn on the property as well as rescue pigs, goats and sheep (all fenced in), but lots to see and smell!

Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or just relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Enjoy a cup of coffee, soft drink or h2o while your lovely pet is enjoying their free time. Wet wipes, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, paper towels and a trash can will be provided as well. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. **November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

We have a landscaped, fenced yard with a large grassy area for fetch and play. It’s a great spot for off-leash action before or after leashed walk to Beverly Beach or a leashed trail adventure in Beverly Triton park.

The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys out. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

This is a 2.7 acre property that backs up to White Marsh Park. There are several mature trees but the property is mostly cleared. Forest Drive is a quiet road and this property is toward the end (about 1 mile in from Rte 3). Prince George's County does not allow homeowners to own pitbulls (unfair, I know) so it's my guess there may be an issue if you want to bring a pit. I want to welcome every dog but bound by local laws unfortunately.
