The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! I have splash pools, balls for different bite strengths, agility equip for big and smaller dogs, and I also will be adding doggy parkour stumps, ramps and more!

Coyote Creek Farm

CCF is a 30 acre piece of land with 20 acres of accessible land. It has large oak trees and pecan trees. There is a stock tank on the property that I try to keep mowed. The spot for Sniff clients will not be shared. However, a Sniff client may go out of the designated areas. Please do not allow your dog to poop at the campsites that are on the Farm. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR DOGS TO COME UP IN MY YARD.
