Scott Acres- Unfenced Private Park In Ashville

Come explore and play on our 3 acre piece of countryside. Park in the driveway, and then come out back to explore all there is to offer. We have an open yard, perfect for throwing a ball or getting zoomies out. Our property backs up to the river, and we have carved out trails, perfect for a short morning or afternoon hike. Let your pup play in the water and wear themselves out chasing squirrels and sniffing in the woods! We try to keep a fire going in good weather, so please enjoy hanging out fireside as well.

It’s exactly as described, there’s a bunch of bonus amenities, and Steph sends a detailed note on how to access the yard and where everything is. Plenty of space for my 80lb bud. Two notes—not a good space for you if your dog is jumper (4ft fence) or is upset by cars (fairly close to a major road and can hear/see traffic). Neither of these are a problem for Otis, so we had a great time.
