We also have Pipe Creek that runs through our land so you can cross when water is low to other side of land and also play in the water. 3.5 acres on a hill and lower pasture to just SNIFFF SNIFFF AND RUN. ________________________________ A perfect spot for professional trainers, police and military to train based on terrain, creek , for search and recovery or as a pack training . we have natural borders and are tucked 1000 ft into the woods, nobody can see our house or land. We are located across from the township park , which hosts baseball games, a shelter for events, and walking trail. Our house where you park has capacity for 8 vehicles, we have outdoor acres where we places sun chairs, cut in trails into woods, natural obstacles for training and also have a fire pit. We are planning on adding 2 more fire pits on the land for those who rent to camp the weekend with the babies, RV hookup available ; vacation with your furry family; priced per event or overnight visit, please email us also for any pack plays and walks. Plus adding fun in the water , toys and more fun events. Bring the family great areas to picnic. Welcome to our fully fenced in backyard!! We can provide agility toys to make a course, as well as herding balls. Feel free to bring your own toys too! We will have a water bowl for drinking. In the back of the yard we have an inclosed puppy pen turf area for smaller puppies. Durning the colder days we have covered seating area with an over head heater and gas fireplace.

The Roam Zone

Fully fenced in yard (wood privacy fence) with plenty of space to roam. We also have 2 areas that are good backdrops for photos (seasonal props included. See pictures). We welcome reactive dogs.
